hey,
i've decided on starting my very first hormonal cycle of any sort, namely 4 weeks on halotest-25. but there's just so much conflicting info on PCT out there, plust the fact that everyone's trying to brand their product as the be-all and end-all of PCT. I have done nothing but reseach lately, so much in fact, to the point that I'm just downright confused. Most sources agree on a SERM (haven't been able to find this online without a prescription) and an AI, other sources insist their product (eg. the markerters of reversitol, AI Post cycle support etc) is the only thing needed after getting off prohormones/AAS. I'm basically looking for clear-cut instructions/recommendations on exactly which products i ACTUALLY NEED, and what are the best forms/brands of it out there. Anyone's help is much appreciated..

And this is a good read.

If I can help, let me know.

do your own homework.

if rugger had read properly he would've realised im only asking for advice because i have done my homework and have recieved so much conflicting info. till you have something useful to contribute, stop wasting forum space.

thanks for the heads up mattikus, and dg, that was a good read, much appreciated. i'll look into all that and will post the pct i come up with for critiquing.

other opinions are still welcome

It's definately a science on its own and it is all contradicting.... :) I finish my first cycle next week, so I week start my PCT than. It will be a light version, because I pulse cycled, seriously reducing side effects and shut down.

My best and ultimate guide so far is from Neoborn (summarizing from Dr. D) at Invalid Link Removed

This solved a lot of my questions.

One tip: I bought all my ingredients (test booster, AI, etc, etc.) as seperate pills, which means my kitchen sink is like a pharmacy and all the different pills are my breakfast. Next time I will go for a decent all-in-one PCT, so I only have to take one thing instead of 5 or 6. I am sure the guys here will have good tips on which all-in-one is the best.

yeah, it's def. something you need to try out for your body first on which type of PCT works best for you. I can't say enough about AI's post cycle support. I would have a serm on hand always. Believe me you might be the next person on here saying. HELP, IVE GOT LUMPS or BALLS, WHERED THEY GO? Just spend the cash on what you know you'll need and do a light cycle first with a sound PCT. there are plenty thourough PCT's out there. As for me. I enjoy buying milk thistle and ALA for my support supps. and they have always done me great on oral AS cycles. though the older I get the more support supps I need so it's totally up to you.
First of all be safe and sound in your decision. Feel your body out and pay attention to it as well as your results.
GOOD LUCK!

For that compound a OTC PCT such as Post Cycle Support 2 caps a.m. and 2 caps p.m. and some 6 oxo starting in week 3 of the pct and tapering down the dose should work well. I would try to have a SERM on hand. Google will be your friend here.:)

If you had done your homework you would have realized that the info is conflicting because it is based on personal opinion. You would then have formed your own opinion and there would have been no need to create this thread, which is in the wrong section I might add.

Additionally, the fact that you haven't been able to find a SERM online without a prescription also alludes to the idea that you haven't done your homework.

You would also have seen probably 100+ threads on halotest and other hdrol clones and their PCTs if you had performed a search.
