PCT for Test-E/Anadrol

I am starting my cycle of Test-E 500 mg per week for 10 weeks with Andadrol 50 mg per day for weeks 1-4. I have nolva and HCG for PCT and was wondering your suggestions on when to take what for PCT. Thanks bros

Nolva weeks 12-16 40/40/20/20 is the standard..if you're prone to and/or start to develop symptoms of gyno I would suggest 60 for the first two days, 40 for the rest of week one and then 40/30/20

..i do not use HCG

20/20/10/10/10/10 (you can run this for 4 weeks but I suggest 6)
