PCT for 1/4 andro cycle

this is my first cycle, im a small guy but have good muscle for my frame, 130lbs , 5'3 height, around 12 %bf use to be 140lbs at 16%

running a 6 week cycle of 1/4 andro at 400mg each

would 40/20/10 (3 weeks) and incoporating primeval labs mega pct during the pct be sufficient

or would it be better to use the primeval labs afterwards

I'm assuming you're talking about Nolva? Use 20/20/10/10/10. There's no need to go to 40mg.

i would use the primeval labs otc pct along side the nolva ran at 20/20/10/10 for a 4 week pct. You could throw in a natty supp during your pct if you would like but not necessary.

I was under the impression an actual SERM was over the top with the new DHEA based Andros? Tell me if I am wrong though.

Don't risk it, use a SERM

Nope. Serm is the best way to ensure maximum recovery. Can and should are very different. Use a serm and be safe
