Exactly how it sounds. I logged a run of 1,4,Epi andro and got pretty successful Recomp results. I’m week one into PCT and feel this stack is well worth a log.
Week 1-4 - Nolva 20,20,10,10
Week 1-4 - inhibit E, Reduce XT
Week 1-12 - Anabolic Effect, MTEST, Epiplex
Other supps - Protein, red and greens powder, vitamin k2, Hawthorne berry, fish oil.
KSM-66 or KannaEase for mood when desired.

Will be adding in full dose of creatine monohydrate after week 2 is complete to my pre workout concoction.
Training is currently on push, pull, legs with one “accessory/active recovery” day per week. I don’t take full rest days if I don’t need them. I believe the body is made to move.
calories cycle between 2400-2900.
On weekends I may hit 3-3200.
Goals - continue to recomp. Lose fat while retaining strength and fitness
current bf - approximately 12%
Will post pictures and sample diet and training tonight. Will begin to log tomorrow (today was active recovery and diet is skewed from a memorial luncheon after my grandmothers funeral).
