PCT advice...

just finishing my 10wk - Test-E 500mg/wk cycle....got my nolva on hand for my PCT....just curious about what the recommended dosage would be for this beginner cycle?....some say 40/40/20/20...ive also seen 20/20/10/10/10...also should an OTC natural test booster be included....also i've been on .5mg EOD of Liquidex for the last 3 weeks of the cycle and plan on continuing it for 1 week before i begin my PCT....any advice would be appreciated...

40/20/20/10 is what Id run it at.

you dont really need an AI cuz the test should be out of your system by than, unless youre already having problems
