Pausing mk677 cycle

Hey all, I’ve been using 25mg mk677 before bed for the past 6ish weeks. I have more and plan on continuing for at least 6 months. I was wondering what sort of effect pausing for 2 and a half weeks mid cycle will have?

I am asking because from 2/25 - 3/4 I am visiting my gf and I would like to drop the water weight before I go to see her. Not for cosmetic reasons, but because the heavier I am the worse I snore and that makes things tough for us sleeping wise. If I stop the MK677 on let’s say 2/17 then pick back up on 3/5 what sort of effect do you think that would have?

You still have water retention? It was my understanding after about 3 weeks it starts to drop off…
What’s your diet like?…. @Smont
 
Diet is pretty trash. Just make sure I eat 3.5k calories and get 150g plus of protein. I maintain about 205lbs on that relatively lean. Visible abs, and as lean as I want to be at least.

I would opt for upping water intake and lowering sodium vs pausing and starting again. But that’s just me

being <20% protein isn’t very ideal for enhanced bodybuilding - working on this is a “lower hanging fruit” route to success than the drug regimen

Oh yeah I know, I do things far from ideal. I’m honestly just pretty satisfied with my physique as is and right now I’m comfortable with the amount of effort I put into my diet and training. I know I could do a lot more and get better results, but I’ve found a good balance that lets me get the most enjoyment out of life. I wouldn’t recommend others follow my diet, but it is what makes me happy.

I guess I should’ve phrased my initial question differently. I know that the longer you use mk677 the more your igf levels increase (up to 12 months in that one study), I was wondering if taking a 2-3 week break would be equivalent to starting over or if my igf levels?

You're totally right but it's still not a "trash" diet compared to the other ones we see and the fact that he called it trash means he knows what needs to be done with it
