PAT school us estrogen and DAA

This may seem like a dumb question but what is the difference between D-Aspartic acid and the Aspartic acid that is part of Aspartame. Aspartame has a very bad reputation. Thanks.
 
^ I would like to know as well.. sorry if i am being ignorant but people on other forums are saying it can lead to brain damage?

actually, the aspartic acid in aspartame is l-aspartic acid. which occurs in food all the time

the aspartame controversy makes absolutely no scientific sense. yet it continues to perpetuate. gotta love the internet
