Today was a shoulder day. I sweated like crazy. I actually sat in the LA Fitness locker room on a bench afterward and sweat was dripping off of my nose. I seriously have to give Forged Burner credit. It might be the best stim-based thermo you've never heard of. Now, my wife and I are going to Frederick, MD to walk around. We hiked last weekend and there were hundreds of wild berry plants about to ripen. It's going to look insane. We are going to swing by the base of the trail to see if they ripened. No hike because my wife got a blister on her foot and it hasn't healed.

I only kept my old radio ruck for my gym bag. Lol. Granted I got $40 for both and they sell for $40 a piece. Lol. Not many hiking trails here in Southeast Michigan. I'm loving working out with carbs, It's a whole new experience. I had been on keto for so long. I forgot what pumps and energy in the gym felt like! My weight actually hasn't ballooned upward from the waterweight yet. Tomorrow's weigh-in won't show my actual weight with the water weight. I'm looking forward to putting it on so that I can tell what my diet is doing.
