Look into Penn Foster bro. They are an online school (also a real school here in Scottsdale) who offer a 5 month learning coure to become a PT. They teach you all you need to know, in order to pass your ACE Exam. After you take the classes, sign up and pass the ACE Exam, then BAM! You're a Certified PT!! I am SERIOUSLY thinking about doing this myself. You can work in a gym, resort, spa, open your OWN gym, clinic, etc.

Theirs so many options man.Everyone,and I mean literally everyone I ever talked to on here,or in real life,say they enjoy/enjoyed being a pt'r.I have been "instructed" to go to one that starts off with america or american.It's a 6 week course I believe.You study at home and then go somewhere to take the test.You can make good money once you get your clients built up.Then you can start to charge more.And having that look where people know you wo will help so much!Every trainer I see looks as normal as can be.......People put 2 and 2 together and realise that someone who has taken their body to the extreme must know something about changing the human body........

Dammit!I knew everyone would be fvcking sleeping!I see you're on heavies.I just got 10,10mg d bols for free.What do I do guys?It's a long story,but I might be able to get the rest he has if wanted.I was just thinking about pulsing 20mgs pre wo.I wish I got 12 cause that would finish off my current cycle.I have 6 more wo's.I don't realy want to extend my current cycle more than 6 weeks.So should I take 1 a day,or pulse on wo days?I could take 1,then 1 again,then 2 pre wo from there.....But will this do anything?

I would pulse you already have elevated levels..... I liked to take my Dbol 3 hrs b4 WO on WO days only..... run dat shizzle...... 20 mgs is a good dose.... I can tell you right now you are going to love dat stuff.....it is one of my favorites......love dat aggression.....

Thats what I was thinking.I want to start it Mon ofcourse.I guess I'll just go 20 with the dbol,and have my last wo without it......Man I wish I could of got 12!One is suposively in between my seats...........that'll be fun finding that litlle guy!They're so cute and tiny......

Weights steadily increasing.I made so much better gains at first,but it's because I started this cycle lower than my previous best due to cutting.So I had the rebound of going from a cut to a bulk,muscle memory,and havoc all on my side.I have been noticing signs of overtraining.I feel I can up the dose,eat more,get more sleep,and power through it!Signs aren't severe or anything,just not so fired up here lately,resetting my alarm in the mornings cause I don't want to wake up,just sh!t like that...

I had the option of 5 anadrols too.I didn't know much about it so I just took the dbol's......

This isn't my first option on trying something real,but it was fvcking free man!I mean I would rather run a full cycle,but whatever.Test prop is calling my name!

Thanks man!Thats def the plan.I don't feel weak for my size at all,but I want much more strength at the same time.Thats what I love about DC.It is seriously a power building program based on increasing size solely by increasing strength.Not by the pump,muscle confusion,or sh!t like that.Just increases in strength.

I have to take .5mg of Xanax just to calm the f*ck down with her goddam lies and games. The f*cking power struggles and bullsh!t is really f*ckin annoying me. One more game with her and I'm literally throwing her @$$ back in the recycle bin. She starts getting emotional with me and then tries to get me to give in and let my guard down, then the INSTANT I show that I'm feeling something, BOOM! She pulls back. I am sick of this sh*t. I'm dumping her lame ass.

I rambled on in my log. I'm weak as hell with difficult women and I've got too much on my plate right now. That's just the tip of the iceburg. I don't want to lose my gains, my sanity, my health, or my stability. I have to pry it into my stupid brain:

1. Work (career building as well)
2. Good foods, good cuisine
3. Hard exercise
4. Stress management
5. Deep sleep, undisturbed with a clear mind

I could just jump out the window right now and scream!!!!!!!
 
I only have 9 10mg dbols.I don't know whats up.He says I can have 10-12 if I want.I'm thinking 12 is perfect!Then he's talking about it and I say I can have 12 right?He says 10.Thats fine.Then he's putting them into a bag and says he dropped 1 between the seats,so if I can find that one,thats 11.Well he only put 9 in the bag,and theirs not 1 between the seats.Trust me on this!I have searched like crazy!I told him 12 would be perfect at first.Then I was explaining left and right that I was most likely going to pulse 2 pills on wo days.Then he cuts it down to 9..........:wtf:I guess you can't complain,but I just find that strange.I did get a steak dinner too,This was for helping him move if ya'll are wondering.......
Anyways!Since I have 9,hows 3(30mg total)pre wo for the next week sound?This is almost more trouble than it's worth realy.....Or I can do 2 pre wo,1 later M,W,F.Or take 2,1,2,2,2(M-F).The 1 will be an off day and all will be taken in the morning and/or pre wo.

I would erase that last part man........He's just giving them to me for helping him move,and wants me to let him know what I think.He swears he's never used anything.He says they're a friends that doesn't want to leave them at his house,but he hasn't been back in a while.Anyways it was 1 or the other.

So you're saying to take one,well 2,every day right?The reason I'm wanting to do 2,1,2,2,2 is because The first and last day are wo days..........I have seen some take 25mgs pre wo all at once though and say the pumps and sgression are great,so 30 pre wo sounds good too..........C'mon TG!You got dbol experience.......

Hey bro. You're not going to get a whole lot out of them in such a short time anyway. So I would only use 'em pre-workout. About an hour and a half before you train put however many you can divide up over your next on-cycle workouts under your tongue and let 'em dissolve. You can stretch 'em out for the rest of your cycle this way. If you dose 'em everyday, they'll be over before they can do much good for ya. Just the way I would use 'em. I would be asking dude for some more if it was me however!! I would say, "pretty please"!! :lol:

I know man!Thats why this kinda sucks realy!He offered,and I wasn't going to say no......It's either going to be dosed every day for this next week,or 30 on wo days..........I feel like it's a waste either way really........At the same time I don't want them to just sit.I don't know how many he has,he says they aren't his,but he also said you'll probably be trying to buy some more once you start...........I'm so confused!
 
Go with the 30 mgs. on workout days only until they're used up. It's the very best way to get the most out of what you have. You'll get some great workout aggression off of them. It won't be a total waste at all. I hope I didn't come across like that. You'll feel 'em after a few workouts. They WILL help somewhat. You'll at least get a flavor for 'em!! That'll lead to an order sometime soon I believe!! :thumbsup:

After changing my mind a few times,I'm going to do the 20mg dbol tomorrow,then 1,then 2 untill Fri.Simply cause I have an odd # of those little guys.Plus they say dbol greatly increases protien synthesis,so I think 5 straight days will be more affective.I had planned on going to 60 with the havoc tomorrow.20 pre wo,then 1 roughly every 4 hrs afterwards.Should I still do this with the dbol?So far we have one vote for yes from heavies.:lol:

I will be getting a bottle of DTH now as well.I was going to use nolva,and some rpm I have left over cause it has icariin.But now their will be a little dbol,and I might go to 70 with the havoc for the last week.....1 more question.Whats ya'lls favorite bcaa drink?

GO FOR IT!! No worse than those who've ran MULTIPLE mehylated compounds AND non-methyls at the same time! You'll be fine, just keep taking your liver supp. My personal fave bcaa drink is Xtend. The flavor is goddamn DELICIOUS!! I take that and a bunch of L-GLutamine caps everyday. Glutamine is wayyyy underrated these days.

I actually haven't taken any liv support for this cycle.I took 3 grams of milk thistle before,and I will take 3 grams afterwards for a little while,then taper it down to 2 for quite some time.I also have some multi's that have MT and NAC that I'll start after the cycle.I'm going to buy some extra NAC as well as it cleans the liver differently than MT.I have used the watermelon and grape xtend,and I absolutely love the watermelon!Which flavor/flavors have you used?And yeah it's on tomorrow!My morning will start with 20mg's havoc,20 mg's of free dbol,then watching that bad ass video in the pro bb'ing section!(BS knows the name if ya'll haven't seen it yet)and off to the fvcking gym to make some little light weights my b!tch!!!!!

I've used Apple and Watermelon. The apple IS good, but fvckin watermelon FTW!! Tastes like kool-aid!!(you should try some heavies) :lol: And yo, you never commented on my pics mayne? Do you think they're good enough to use as an avi, or should I wait til T cycle is over with? lol. Or at least good enough to post before/after pics for the cycle log?

I really dig Lemon XTend... I'm due for another big jar of it... Apple is terrible (luckily just a sample). Never tried melon or grape...

You feel strongly for pulsing.Is their a reason for this?I only wo M,W,and F if that makes any difference.I'll do that,but what sucks is I usually wake up an hr and a half or so before I leave my house to go to the gym.So I'm there 2 hrs or so after I wake up.I'll set my alarm early,and then pi$$,pop some dbols,and go back to bed.Thanks for that info man!

Sorry man!I know how that feels,but I forgot.You got a good base and some thickness going on.It's so hard to tell in pics,but you look thick.They probably look like sh!t in the avi man.I tried putting one in mine,and they're just too small.Atleast mine were anyways.You couldn't realy make anything out.It realy drops you look down a few notches.I see some that look pretty good though.Maybe they're bigger or have better lighting.Like dkkon's.Anywyas you get the point!

Too bad you haven't used the watermelon.That would be nice to see how you feel they compare cause watermelon is truly the sh!t for a supp!I have seen some choose purple wrath over xtend though,and not for flavor.......Thats realy why I was asking.And suposively the PW taste vbetter now,It is more expensice though,but I think it has extra stuff maybe?Like beta alanine?

Really?It doesn't look too far fetched to me..........I wonder about renagade rows video.Doesn't look like a pro or anything,but the dudes built!Then it never shows the face,so it makes me wonder if he did it for this site.This reminds me,I was going to put frank mcgrath in my avi when I first joined here,but knew right away that some would assume it was me....

I uploaded my pic as my avi and deleted the youtube vid and it's not showing up! wtf!?

EDIT: JUST KIDDING!!! :lol: it DOES make me look smaller, but whatever. Back definition is still there :)

I think I'll order a Lemon and a Melon. I've heard great things about Melon. Grape... ehh, I love grape jelly - but I don't like drinking grape things.

BS - I really didn't like Apple. It didn't taste bad, just wasn't tasty.... And trust me I KNOW what bad is...

I've heard PW tastes terrible... The new formula is better, but still not good. Second hand info of course.
