Btw hawthorne for BP guys. Cheap as hell and you can dose it pretty high. If I'm using something like cycle support I still add in extra Hawthorne.

I'm dosing mine very high right now.I did the same when using CS.I like to get the doses evenly throughout the day.I take HB to control my BP naturally........
 
Yes.I'm almost positive you aren't supposed to,but I don't see why not.I understand some things are for safety purposes only with DC,and I feel completely safe rp'ing calves.

It's not for safety reasons.. I am not 100% sure why he has you do it that way, but is is probably what he felt was most productive.
I know that doing them his way is pretty ****ing brutal.

Yeah I did 'em that way the first time.It was so hard keeping count though.I would count my rep,count a five second negative,then count to 15 for the stretch,then count my next rep:fool2:The plan was just to get the feel of it ya know,then go by instinct,but I was loosing count,then thinking if it's hard I wont wait as long when going by instinct,or my negative will be faster.I'll bring it back though.I did like it cause I had a vein sticking out of my calves when I was done doing it his way.That tells me they were in need of blood.I have read before that one reason calves are hard to grow is cause the blood flow sucks to them.So I was thining maybe this is the deal as to why it's good to do....then I kinda forgot and got away casue it was easier.Thanks for bringing it up!15 second holds at the bottom are back to stay!Reps!
 
Heres the plan as of now.It may change,but I want to go 6 weeks,and go to 60.I have seen some roughly my weight stay at 50,and some are even going to 80 it sounds like.Some are going realy high witht these designers.I don't feel 60 is too high personally.40 is treating me well,and BP is still pretty good.Heres the question.Tomorrow will be day 12 at 40mgs.Ya'll think I should start 50 the next day for 12,then 60 for 12?That will be just over 6 weeks by a day or two.I don't want to stay at one dose for too long,or too short either.I may have to pull a heavies and do it anyways..........
 
I thankfully have a clock right above the leg press machine so if I do calves on there I can just watch the second hand. :)

I have some clocks too in my gym,but not by everything I do calves on.I'm just gonna wing it though.Up the weight,and the wait!

And yaeh guys,I'm going to 50 the day after tomorrow for 12 days,then 60 for 12.My last day will be sun,so that gives me the weekend to get recovered after Fridays wo.Then PCT.....
 
Sorry holmes for missing some of the log. Been busy and haven't posted much man. Good deal with the program and those weights and numbers man.

60mg huh? I have read some logs where people loved it, and read some where it fvcked with them. I say charge it... but keep a close eye for those sides...
 
I keep forgetting this sh!t too.Thanks to crader,I now have the best way to make oatmeal.It's very simnilar to my shakes,just made a bit different.Take some oatmeal and cook it.I like to make it come out dry when done,Then dump it into the blender and add a little milk,protien powder,and peanut butter,and blend.This is so much better than the whole oats with protien mixed in.Make it just right and eat it cold.It's like pudding.....I love this cause I eat all my food cold at work.I used to dread eating the damn oatmeal,now it's the best part!Plus mucho anabolic!

OOoo, I fcuking making that tonight for my snack at work tomorrow. I wanted to get some of those muscle milk puddings but Muscle milk has some shady ass stuff in it. I read an article on T-nation about one of the creatine precursors in it causing brain damage and sht...Still it tastes bomb IMO.

MM is pretty good.If you're taking it to work then make it just runny enough to drink it out of a container.Unless you don't mind a spoon and the hassle of it and all.Sometimes I eat while driving,I never know what I'll be doing when it's time to eat,so I keep it simple.Sometimes I eat while working too.Meaning without sitting down and all.I just keep the cooler close by where I'm working.

I also wanted to note that after doing legs yesterday,my tear drops didn't try to cramp one time!

It does and there are several clinical studies on it. That's why I quit drinking the sht. Search T-nation for the study on it, then come back and :clap2::box: The "BLACKSHEEP" LOL...

buy sylvester stallone's protein puddings! they taste decent, ZERO carbs, AND 20g pro :) i've only tried banana flavor myself.

making 'ems cheaper,and I atleast need the carbs.Especially while working.Today will be my first day at 50.I have already taken 20(1 every 4 hrs).Too early to tell how things will go,but I'm sure everything will be fine.Wo went well this morning.I have never been this big and strong at this low of a body weight.Of course the havocs helping,no doubt about that,but it's taken me years to get to this point.Just feels good.Got a long @$$ ways to go and that too makes me happy.Gives me something to look forward too!But yeah,I have been 180 and much weaker a yr ago or so.I'm guessing I'm roughly 170(mon is weigh in day)and much stronger now.I lost some good size from my legs while cutting and doing cardio,but they are firmly filling out my jeans again.I'll update my wo when I get home from work.I had to stop at my dads to get some stuff and couldn't resit getting on here......I'm addicted,and late to work.

inc DB close grips-My first time to do them I was getting the feel for them.I always use a BB.Warmup went well,but when I got to my first work set,it was hell!Long story short,I learned to hold the db's paralell with my body as opposed to perpindicular.So...70-4,4,4----->75-8,4,3
v bar pull ups-45-5,3,3---->50-6,3,2
bb rows with back paralell to the floor-135-9,7,5---->185-6,5,3

I have realised lately that mood is pretty good for the most part,but I will get pi$$ed sometimes.I'm pi$$ed as soon as I walk into the gym realy.I hate the worthless sh!ts that are just wasting their and my time by taking it easy,working muscles too much at once,and wouldn't eat right if they had to.So for the most part mood has been good,but every now and then a rush of anger just shoots through me............
 
Does your gym have an actual Gironda bar? Or do you just use a wide dip bar?

I use the dip bars that are designed for chest.I'm not sure what a gironda bar is realy.I only know the form........Works extremely well.I could never get the feel for regular dips for chest.

I don't even know WTF that dip is?? What do you lean forward or what cause I do those if I do'em wit chest but I usually just do the good 'ol weighted dips on arm day fo da triz..:bb3:

Ragular dips for chest you lean forward,tuck your chin in,and cross your legs behind you.Supposed to mimick a dec bench,but for me,it's useless.I could never get the contractions going in my chest.Gironda dips you take your feet in front of you,kind of like a leg raise,and hold them out in front,then tuck your chin in and dip.Dpes something to your center of gravity I guess.Paralell bars are designed for tri's,and the v bars are designed for chest.You can make either or work,but if you have both,then use them both for what they are meant for.You can google gironda dips,or search this site.Their was athread on them before...

I have noticed them widening my lower chest on the outside too.

I have taken 50mgs the last two days and everythings just fine!BP,back pumps,lethargy,mood,sleep,it's all doing just fine.Epithios are very mild.With m drol I was ready to be done on day 13 at 10mg's.Here I am at 50 mg's and day 22 with havoc,and alls well.No shedding either.I'm so tired of seeing those threads....

Good to hear about the shedding... I am liking these epithios too! I can't wait for 30mg tomorrow! No sides but some back pumps so far... but I was asking for it by going surfing two days in a row. Had a great time surfing, but just enough back work to make me realize what a back pump was... took some taurine... problem solved.

I rock 30mg day 1 to day 28, personally. But I don't recommend it.
 
I did 20 for one day,then 30 for like 6 or 7,then 40 for 12,and now I'm at 50.....I have no complaints personally.
I am totally thrilled that you're doing so well with these dosages Pantera. 50 mg. and all is well. Cool!! I believe you'll be able to hit that 60 mg. for the last 12 days like you were planning. You're gonna get real strong along the way!! :head: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I feel I can hit 60 too.It's just so mild,and it's treating me well so far....Then it's off to test!Been studying quite a bit here lately,and I got 4 or more moths to go.

Staring at post 94,on page 4.

I have been spending way too much for a damn multi all this time!$20+ for a 2 month supply.I just bought equates multi vit and mineral for $8.300 pills and it tells you to take 1 a day.I'm going to take 2 cause the doses are a little lower than "ahtletes multi's,"but thats still 150 days for $8!What the hell!!!
 
We're actually taking about dips for the chest,but weighted dips for tri's are the king of all tri exercises!
I love dips. I just do a straight set without any weight until failure and make sure I surpass the previous number... for now. I know it'll come to a point where I'll add weight though... can't go to infinity... or can you (I)?!
