I noticed the feel good feeling the first week.

Same here. Week two I felt like getting a job as a life coach!!:fool2:
Which is def not me! I fcuking Hate people in general (you guys are cool lol) and enjoy nothing more than violence and confrontation so it was defiantly a new experiance for me:fool2:

Dear abs;

we met in the fith grade and had some good times.Then I learned the powers that basically over eating has on growing muscle,and we parted ways.Now once again after meeting up not too long ago,it's time to say good bye.Ya'll are just standing in the way of my goals right now.Which is to be huge.I seen a huge guy at the store today and realised I could never get to that point maintaining abs.He damn near took my breath away he was so impressive.I've never seen a guy of his size in real life.We shall meet again one day,but for now it's time to say goodbye,once again........

Bro, I hear what you saying. When I first started training I wanted to be huge. I got to the point of getting to 250 pounds... but that was mostly fat. I dieted all the way down to 185, had some mediocre abs. I tried to keep them while trying to gain muscle. That dind't work out! I gained weigt again, but lost them in the process. Then I dieted more responsibly again, there they were again, only I was about 190... IDK... I figure you gain muscle for a short period of time, then diet and keep some abs at a heavier weight each time. Right now I'm 193 sporting the same mediocre abs I did at 185. My goal is to be 225 with the same look in my abdominals.

EDIT: Don't worry about losing your abs! When you gain muscle then lean out resposibly they'll only come back looking better! I'm sure you know that anyway

Yea lol....well kinda I guess. You'll see what we're talking about. It makes you feel really melancholy IMO. You just don't really get exited over much of anything!! Now when you hit pct, holly sht!! That's a different story! I was literally in probably the absolute worst state of mind I have been in as a free man lol....It was like I was in the mosh pit at a Fcukin Slayer concert all day every day for probably the first 2 maybe 3 weeks of pct.:shoot::smite::head:

No sir not junk food.Well ocasionally but not always.BB'rs don't have abs in the off season.Not most anyways.They dont walk around lean yr round.They diet down for a show and thats what you see.In the mags.Either the day before or after a show.
 
I think it's obvious which one is off season here.This guy is actually a power lifter though.

haha, O'yea that's me eating the junk food lol....I enjoy bulking for sure but you have to have a balance there def. I try to stay pretty lean year round because in the past I'd put on 20lbs over the fall/winter and then in the summer I'd have to cut the whole fcuking time!!! Sucks watching that scale go steadily down even if you know it's fat coming off IMO.
But your right I've seen pics of Priest in the off season and Holly crapp!!! What would you say his bf% gets up to? at least 20 I'd say..

I think you'll be able to add some good size on this cycle with that method because you should really be able to pack the food down on all those off days. (if you can stay out of the gym on them lol).
Hey just a heads up man I had a HELL of a time sleeping on this stuff so you might want to get something for that before it takes full effect.

Sounds great Pantera!!I started my cycle today as well. I already had my first workout too. It was awesome. Epi and TRN kick in really quick for me. I know Placebo was in full force, but I swear I feel TRN the very first day, as I did the last time. That sh!t works fast. Go check out my workout in my log. It was incredible. I believe most, especially if your an ecto, should forget dieting down every spring and just bulk for a few years. I see a lot of people who make minimal to average gains over the winter only to lose the majority of it on a cut. Unless you compete or you're an underwear model forget getting ripped every year and just concentrate on getting big.

My thoughts exactly. I gained 35+kg (approx 80lb) before I considered cutting. BUT when I did cut I made the mistake of eating too little and doing too much cardio. I dropped around 12kg (25lbs) of mud AND muscle. Too much muscle if you ask me. I'm back up at just over 220lbs again and slowly putting the weight back on (minus the mud). Live and learn!
 
I had my first wo today and it felt so good!I'm not going to give weights now cause they don't matter.The increases are what matter IMO.I think the feel good feeling of havoc has started.I should of been very pi$$ed today cause I'm spending so much money with the new house.Damn near $2,000 so far.So getting the internet at my house may have to wait a week or so.I had to pay 120 deposit for a gas bill that will be no more than $10 a month.I asked my Dad(boss)when would be a good day to have my internet turned on if I can afford it,and he says it will have to be a day off.....WTF!!!When is that?I'll see what I can do though.My point is I'm no where near as pi$$ed as I feel I should be.It was a good wo especially for 5 hrs of sleep.I like DC.I just barely underestimated my strength on inc bench and military press with db's,but made up for it with exagerated negatives.One disapointment is that I have hit 405 rack deads for 12 reps before.Today I was only able to hit 4 I believe.I wrote it down but I don't have it with me.I will get that pass my PR.I promise!I love my house but hate not having the internet!The havoc makes me say eh!What are you gonna do?

This is the path I'm thinking of taking again.It got me where I am today.My first cut I lost muscle like crazy!This one has gone well,but like I said,I have hit 12 reps at 405 on rack deads before,and today I struggled for 4.I was also 180 when I hit 12 reps,and last I weighed my self was 162.It's probably gone up since then but I'm not checking like crazy like I used to.Maybe once a week now.

That's what I'd love to do. I don't plan to compete or anything, I want to gain size is all, a visually pleasing balance of fat and muscle to my eyes, of course. Unfortunately, I am not an ecto, and whether bulking or cutting I must always watch what I eat, otherwise I'll start looking like the michelin man in no time.

Mood seems pretty good still.I should be freaking out over some things but I'm not.My Dad was being a jerk to me at work the other day and the other worker said it was making him mad and he was waiting for me to get sent home.But it never escalated cause I knew he was just being rediculous and it didn't even bother me.The night after sq's I woke up to go to the bathroom and my right knee hurt like hell while walking to the bathroom.It was better walking back to bed,and I felt nothing when I woke up or since then........

I believe the only other thing I wanted to mention is I have been doing my BB rows with my back paralell to the floor and pulling the bar to my belly button.I feel my lower lats contract like crazy doing these this way!

Havoc and Epi are basically the same, so hence the good mood you spoke of. I also am feeling just great all the time on this sh*t!! But when it's time to lift weights my mood shifts to downright mean!!:twisted: I love it. Aggression is through the friggin' roof for me right now.:aargh: I know what that is though. The combo of the TST pre-workout and the TRN I'm taking. Makes you feel like a raging bull-elephant!! My weights are starting to take off now too. Do those bent over bb rows with a revers grip to really crush those lower lats brother. Try it!!! (I'll know if you don't)

I have been doing reverse grips for a while,so I started the regular grips again.I was reading in MD where Kai Greene was saying to keep your back paralell to the floor on all rows and it will help hit the lower lats better.Then another guy was saying to pull the bar to your belly button on bb rows......so I just combined the two and it works like magic.

I was telling a guy who's bigger than me(known juicer)how I have been keeping my back paralell to the floor a while back,and he says he stands more upright to target the lats better..............:think:He also rarely trains legs because of his job(I build fences,he sits in a truck and checks meters at oil fields every hour)He also never trains calves cause of how often you have to work them to get anything out of it.Yet he's bigger than me...........Also older,but still,thats just annoying.

He's usually wearing big a$$ basketball type shorts and ocasionally the loose fit workout type pants.So you never see his quads and rarely even his calves,maybe only half of them if you can see 'em at all.I'm sure he wears baggy jeans when he does.He's that type.I find it funny when a guy says he always wears jeans cause of his chicken legs when properly fitted jeans show off your quads better than any normal pair of shorts for modern day males.They need to start saying cause he has no calves is why he never wears shorts.Kai and his grapefruit...........

Sorry man!I just did.I meant to do it,and then got side tracked and forgot.I'm fixing to cook some of the best fajitas in the world on my grill my parents just gave me,and then mow my lawn later with the lawn mower that was also given to me from my parents.These fajitas are amazing!They are marinated at a little mexican market and about $4 a lb.All you gotta do is cook them.

He's loving his yard and his little neighbor dogs!I raised him in an apartment so anytime he went outside I was with him from day one.He was unsure about going outside by himself at first.I would open the door and let him out and then he would just sit there and wonder where the hell I was!He's used to it now though and loves it.I just looked out my window and he's taking a dump right now.He chose the middle of the yard for his designated turd spot.He's a very plkayfull dog!About as playfull as they come,and he just goes and goes........

I have a $200 olympic bench with weights and bb's and adjutable db's.I would need much more to be able to train at home the way I'd like.But it will work if needed due to holidays or something.I would realy need a power rack and on of those tower things to do pullups,dips,and leg raises.I think I'd be set then.....
 
I just took a shower and noticed a noticeable(duh)difference in my traps.They seem much thicker,fuller,and higher,with that nice hill on the ends when flexed.What I mean is instead of the /\ shape,they slope up at the ends,and then they /\.Picture dexter jacksons traps when flexed.They're rounded at the ends quite nicely.......

Also I have decided to make this cycle 4 weeks.I don't want the further supression of a longer cycle that most likely wont yield much more gains,if any.It will still be played by ear,but as of now,thats the plan.DOMS has gone down considerably as well.I have literally just now decided to up the dose tomorrow!Bring on 40mg's!!!!I aint skeered!
 
Heres a pic.I wish I had before pics to truly see the difference....They have definately filled ina little since taking havoc and training again after a week off.I will never train traps directly again!I have said it before,but I mean it this time!I started looking into training traps when I noticed mine comming in.That was my first clue that my traps respond well indirectly.Then things like this still,to this day.

Big traps man! Good upper foundation (that's all I can see so far in the pic)... Keep up with the DC training.

Thanks guys.I work my legs just as hard as everything else.I started working them cause I knew it would make me weigh more............Whatever does it though huh?

Since I'm showing pics,heres a better one of my upper body.It was taken 6-28-08.So the day before I started havoc and A day or two after I quit cutting.
EDIT:I was right around 162 at 5'8"
EDIT AGAIN:notice the tore off trim behind me to the right,thats what a pit bull puppy will do when pi$$ed off about having to stay in there when I'm at work cause he would of done that to the rest of the place.
