Hi, im right now in cycle 150mg tst E e3.5d and 150mg mast E e3.5d. And now for the last few days I have a panic attack at night, I feel like I have a heart attack and a feeling of loss of consciousness and unpleasant heat runs through my whole body, all this happens when I try to fall asleep, I have no problems during the day and I feel very well, i havent some psychical problems, but night comes and it's fucked. In the past i had two cycles, tst e 250 e5d first cycle, second cycle tst e 150mg e3.5d + dbol 20mg 6w, i had no problems all the cycles i had on 12w. Do you think this can be caused by the masteron? I don't know what to do, I'm in a 6 week cycle and I'm wondering if I shouldn't end it, does anyone here have experience with this? thank you for all the answers and advice.

If it didn't happen on your first 2 cycles I would suspect it's not the cycle. When were on gear it's our nature to blame the gear when something weird happens. All your cycles including the one your currently on are very conservative and 300 test/300 mast I would not expect to cause any problems. If you were on 300 tren then it would be a different story.

So could it be the gear, yes maybe. But you should not be pointing your finger like that's the definite problem.

Any changes in life, job, girlfriend/wife. Any new stresses. Change in your schedule, any medication changes. Look at every angle

I think it can make a masteron, because it's a strong dht, one guy wrote that if he used a masteron or proviron he got panic attacks, I would try to drop the masteron and go for blood to check e2, because high levels of e2 can do that too. I only slept today for 3 hours, I feel like ****, I have to do something about it, I'll try cbd oil before bed today, I also have xanax at home, but I want to try to avoid it.

I have good friends, good work, good car, good girl, good food, everything what i want, really i havent some problems. I can't think of anything serious that bothers me

I can tell you that this **** is terrible even though you know it's just the psyche problem so you can't control it, I can't do it yet, I don't wish it on anyone

It can be any hormonal imbalance for fact.

But also it's very common with stimulant use or increased stimulant use

Stress, high blood pressure, all of these are contributing factors.

Look into breathing and deep breathing exercises to help. If it continues you can always see a doctor. There are OTC remedies but if it comes down to you being medicated, the combo I found to be very helpful with patients, when I was administering these meds was Clonazepam ED and Xanax PRN. Of course meds aren't the first choice but in severe anxiety cases they are miraculous.

Sounds to me like the gear has your heart racing a little and you can really feel it when you lay down and things are quiet…… Then you start freaking out about it and t builds up to the panic attack.

recently I was noticing my heart pounding when I would lay down at night and started getting anxiety about it. So I bought a blood pressure gauge and when I would be feeling my heart thumping and even at times shaking my whole body a little I would check my blood pressure…… 4 out of 5 times it would be within normal range…. Despite that it felt like my heart was thumping 5 times harder than usual.

I feel for you bro. I suffer from panic attacks as well haven't had one in a while got my first one in the gym last week at the start of week 3 of deca/test/dbol. The dbol raises my BP obviously so I added cardarine to my ancillaries and that has seemed to help me. I feel for you brother just know your iron brothers here have your back

Stims and bp we're my first thoughts, I got a buddy who can't use pre workout or drink too much coffee on cycles (not that you should anyway) but it's only on cycle he has this problem and on the days he uses stims he gets anxious around bedtime

Thank you for the answers brothers, of course I have measured BP several times, I have 120/80, I have measured a maximum of 135/90, my heart rate is also okay, on the contrary, when my panic attack starts, I feel that my heart is not beating. I was on my blood last week, here are my results, nothing out of the ordinary. unfortunately I did not measure e2, prolaktin and more.

I don't use any stimulants, I don't drink coffee, I don't smoke cigarettes, I don't drink alcohol either. my supplements are multivitamin and multimineral, D3, omega3, zinc, magnesium, grape seed extract.

you might want to give blood as ur hgb/hct is borderline. may look into aswhghanda, rhodiola +magnesium glycinate as the day wears off to get you calm down n go to sleep..

A friend mentioned that he had a panic attack during PCT.
Anxiety (and even panic attacks) can happen when our hormones fluctuate.

This cycle sounds mild to me. Has to be psychogenic. Stay away from Xanax, the addiction and withdrawal is worse than heroin: seizure withdrawal can kill you or cause brain damage

The increase heart rate and feeling of heat generation by your body is normal. I'm surprised you're feeling it on such a low dose, but you may be sensitive. I wouldn't suspect high E2 because Mast naturally inhibits aromatase and your T is fairly low. By the sound of things it's a normal reaction by your body, but your brain panics when it realizes it's feeling these things and that makes it worse for you. Try to just relax and understand that you're body is doing what it should.

hi guys little update, blood from this morning, i'm gone about 10 days from the masteron, i still feel ****, during the day it's okay (possible little anxiety) but unfortunately at night i have to take the last few days neurol, i don't want take it i know it's ****, prefer some non benzo sleeping pills or weak antidepressants if you have tried it?

Anyway, I'm surprised that my HGB, HCT and RCT dropped after leave from mast, now I'm only on the 300mg week test, do you think I should try to reduce my e2? when i had a test + dbol my e2 was 274 higher then now and i felt great.Invalid Link Removed

I don't see your test levels? I wouldn't want my E2 that high unless my test was considerably over the range as well. You might need an AI since you dropped the Masteron.

I did not measure testosterone because I take the same dose as in the last cycle and I had it 69.27nmol/l = about 1900ng/dl, the range is 8.64-29.00 nmol/l so now I will have a similar value I think the same dose, the same brand.
but ok, I'll try to take Al, I have anastrazole and exemestane on hand, I'll try 12.5mg exe e3d?

I think that would be a good dosage plan to bring it down a little. Since you're test is well over the normal reference range your E2 doesn't seem drastically high. But that's where it comes down to the individual person. Some guys tolerate higher E2 levels than others. It's all good man just keep trying to dial everything in so you feel well. Don't go around with anxiety through the roof brother its not worth all that.

If it was Mast E it still might not be out of your system. I still think that's the culprit.

From your first labs it looks like you're also technically hyperglycemic. That can cause symptoms of panic attack, and present as insomnia at night when you're laying still and become restless (which would be better masked during daytime activities. ) You may be developing androgen induced insulin resistance.

Do you have any idea why your glucose may be up, and can you have your SHBG tested?

unfortunately I can't think of what could increase my glucose, my meals, apart from late dinner, always have carbohydrates, do you have any advice on how I can try to reduce it with my diet? shbg can i measure no problem, is this an important figure?

I didn't check the lab but hyper means high blood sugar. insulin resistant. unless he made a typo it means you might want to do less carbs or use a GDA

hypoglycemia is low blood sugar, hyperglycemia is high blood sugar

If you're not pre-diabetic I'd suggest metformin or berberine. If you are, you need to see a doctor and follow their recommendation. Keeping your blood sugar low is important for general health and longevity, but also for mental clarity. This could definitely be contributing!

I'd just be curious to see if your SHBG is low. It could offer some insight into the high fasting glucose.

I take insulinomimetics on training days before bed, just OTC herbal stuff like cinnamon extract, etc.. Lowering blood sugar before bed is an effective way to sleep better because I feel much more relaxed.

None of your numbers look too bad to me though. The second set of bloodwork even looks like your immune status has improved slightly, or some stress has been relieved.
