Hello Gents. Running my own shyt here now that I'm no longer with Fina.

I can now openly discuss my use of AAS. Just started week 5 of test cyp at 650mg a week. Shyt started kicking in last week so I'm pretty pumped and happy. Will continue to run Max Pump as it is a kickass supp. Running whatever Pre I have atm. Ditching all fat burners as they were just fcking up my performance in the end. Multi, fish oil, C, D, Creatine Mono, Taurine...

Diet is still around 3000 daily. Bulking is going smoothly, up 6-7 lbs in 5 weeks!

Weighed in at 199 this morning. Probably need to up cals due to the volume and intensity I have been at lately. Talked to some holmies at the gym today and a few are doing the Rocky Mountain Classic in 6 months so that sounds like a solid timeframe for my first show. I am probably going into the AR program around November so I could do the show then go straight back to bein a Marine again...

Prior to this I was excluded from full disclosure. Feeling good now though, started kicking in last week. Gonna have to kick it up to 4k a day to start really growing. How's your carb cycling going?

For the most part. Decent.. Lookin leaner, waistline looking slimmer.. Slowly but surely. But damn, excited for ur progress my dude..U gna kill it mang that's for sure

12-16 wks. Test only. Depends if I want to try the RMC or hold out for a spring show...

30 minutes out from UPPER B WK 3

This one might take awhile. Planning on two hours. Gonna try 5x5 set/rep scheme. This week is supposed to be 5x5 but on mon and tues I did 8+ reps on all lifts. We'll see how it goes...
