I am starting to get a sharp pain in my left shoulder when I workout. The pain is caused when I do Incline barbell or Incline Dumbells. Any thoughts on what may be happening to my shoulder? What do I need to do about it?
1. did you take off any time from the gym before this?
2. what exercise were you doing that started this?
3. do you properly warm up?
4. do you train your REAR delts?

o no...sounds like me. do u ever get pain any other time into your bicep, forearms or fingers? does it hurt with any pulling excercises such as rows or curls?
