This is an unsponsered log. I will be logging Xcel Sports Reaper Dna, Silver Bullet, and Eph x. I look forward to this as I have been hearing of this for some time.
 
Today hit up some chest. I took off a week from lifting period. I thought today would be rough. I think it actually did me some good. I had a great chest day for my first day of Reaper and Silver Bullet. Tomorrow will add in Eph x. Silver bullet has a good taste with not to much over kill. Solid energy with more the focus type today.

Chest:

Flat bench press: 135 lbs x 10, 155 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 6, 225 lbs x 5, 245 lbs x 3

Incline barbell press: 155 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6, 205 lbs x6, 225 lbs x 5, 265 lbs x 2

incline db press: 65 lbs x 8,8,8

cable flyes: 50 lbs x 8,8,8
 
Jim xcel is a line that has made it big on fb and swoldiers. Reaper is a wicked ph, silver bullet is their pre workout, and eph x is of course fat burner. Matty uses Xcel and he swore to me how good their stuff is. I'm looking forward to it.

Ahh good Friday night lift for back day. Despite a rough long week at work with lil to no sleep with the little one, I felt good tonight lifting. I hit up back today and was feeling pumped. I almost didn't leave the gym til I noticed how late it was.

Back:

wide grip pull downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

reverse close grip pull downs: 80 lbs x 10,10,10

machine rows: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

db rows: 50 lbs x 8,8,8

trap bar dead lifts: 185 lbs x 8,8,8

Today hit up some biceps. Felt really good although been feeling sleepy last few days. This new born has me sleep deprived lol. Not any bad sides unless this zzzz effect is of it. IDK cause the baby and lack of sleep can be doing that too lol.

Biceps:

seated alt db curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10

standing ez bar curls: 55 lbs x 10,10,10

preacher curl alt db curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8

concentration curls: 25 lbs x 10,10,10

reverse cable curls: 40 lbs x 10 50 lbs x 10,12

Good question. Still thinking about it and leaning towards running it back to back.

More like Msten to start since my body can tolerate it then step into Reaper. I only have 2 weeks worth remaining of Msten, so it would be a 6 week run total.

6 weeks Msten followed by 4 weeks Reaper?

Would you run anything like 1-Andro the entire time as a 'test base'? I have seen this a fair bit lately.

Actually 2 weeks Msten (finish up my partial bottle) followed by 4 weeks Reaper.

Not running 1-Andro during either runs.

For me so far it's like Craze. Which I like. I'd give craze and silver back solid 9.5 only trailing Prodigy. Intense pumps and once I start lifting I get lost into it. No lifts today softball in a few!! I will say this though Ive been feeling extra aggressive.
 
Today was one heck of a long day at work!! Glad to make it to the gym for shoulder day. At first I was starting to feel sluggish but once I started lifting I was in game mode.

behind neck pull downs: 80 lbs x 10, 90 lbs x 8,8,8

Yeah I get bp a lot cause at work we got into the hot chemical area and dress out ppe we have to do pre and post bp checks. Mine is normally btw 112/77 and 123/84
 
Nope not at all. I know that I feel stronger in my lifts, but just been tired lately. But I'm putting that towards more of having the lil one crying all damn night lol

Today hit up some cardio 1 mile treadmill then some biceps. Felt good after finally getting some sleep.

Long night last night long day today this guy got 3 hrs sleep and I'm about to crash!! I don't know how the HHHHH I managed to go to the gym. I hit up back today and a mile of cardio.

THanks today went to gym since softball got rained out. I did 3 miles on treadmill. Im worn slap out!
 
Monday did 3 miles on treadmill, tuesday 2.5 miles at track! Today 2.5 mile on treadmill plus triceps!

Triceps:

machine dips: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

seated overhead db presses: 60 lbs x 10,10,10

rope press downs 100 lbs x 10, 120 lbs x 10,10

reverse cable bar curls: 100 lbs x 10,10,10,10
 
Strength is solid and I feel a lot leaner then before I started. Arms are getting hard as rocks and so far only the slight fatigue sides is all I see bad.
