Oh man I'd like to spend lil time with like right now lol. Well today long day at work. Went to gym and hit up 31 minutes treadmil 2.1 miles!! Had lean piece of bake salmon some carrots and water for late supper cause I had softball meeting after gym that lasted til 7. Now about to zzzzz

lol I'm sorry guys i haven't really updated because I'm not running anything current. I had big plans to stack Msten with BPS Vanailllean but when I order a month ago they ran out apparantley the same day so I'm stuck on waiting for them to send me one soon I hope. But in the mean time I applied an app for recompdrol and hoping to get pick we shall see. I have been doing cardio with trying to aim for no less them 40 min or 1.5 mile and up 3 miles. But like today I did 33 minutes and I barley sweated. I still have been going btw 226 and 231. I don't know why my weight gained the lat couple months out of no where. I feel like i'm all of sudden not burning calories even though last few weeks I've done strickly carido

Thanks Packers. We thought you were in the lab with JD and DJ brewing up the next big thing. Keep killing the cardio until you are ready to go but put some rest days in so it doesn't become so stagnant. Grrrrrr.

Pack good to see you bro... Perhaps change it up a little.. do a day of steady cardio, then a day of hiit on the treadmill.. might find that will break the plateau your feeling..

Well the one I had sugery on last year is fine. It's more been both spots around the deltoids upper inner back. But actually feel good right now! SO hopping those three weeks off Lifting helped!

I tried 5 min on treadmill but the damn things at my gym are skipping ever 10 seconds and ruins your run, so I went to track and walked a mile.

seated alt db curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10

standing sup db curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8

standing ez bar curls: 65 lbs x 10,10,10,10

Spider curls db: 25 lbs x 12,12,12

Long fuggin Monday!! Why does Mondays always take for ever to end! lol Almost went home and said break but nope couldn't do it gym called my name. Nothing special did some light shoulders!

Shoulders:

lat machine pull downs: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

db presses: 30 lbs x 12,12,12

dn shrugs: 60 lbs x 10,10

behind neck pulldowns: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

machine press: 70 lbs x 10,10
 
BTW give me a solid routine for cutting my shoulders!!! I will take it and use it next cause I need no more damn mass lol I need leaning effect 24 7
 
Look at my shoulder day in my log brother. Its FST7 style and the pumps are SICK.
 
I used it for two 8 weeks runs last year, couldn't agree more. At the moment doing a power, muscle, burn style workout... then either going to try Meadows or go back to FST7.

Today hit up some legs. I am going to start killing them bc I always lack doing them as much as I need to. I like to train them just my legs are so big already lol.

lying leg curls: 80 lbs x 8, 60 lbs x 10,10

seated leg curls: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

body lunges 3 sets.
 
Man tax returns are good but also bad!! I've ate at two steak houses in two days and full as a bear in Hibernation. Last night got ate 20 oz porterhouse and today had fuji's fillet m shirmp and seasme chicken!!

They had one of those challenges here for 72oz steak baked potato and a salad. I ate the steak but didn't touch the potato cause it was a low carb burn day :)
