PA vs ARA

My ArA run just ended today. Last dose. But muscles are nice and saturated so I'll still benefit for another week or so :).

Next run going to go to 2 grams and compare to 1.5 grams.

I droped Vaskular couple days but i still get SICK pumps! ArA is Amazing!
 
I'm sure ill get ripped as usual for saying this but I've had 2400mg (4 tablespoons) of PA from fearn granules the last two nights with my final meal of the day. Both mornings I've woken up with my belly so watery/fatter like beyond anything I've noticed in years. Is there any way this could be connected? I've decided not to dose the PA pre workout bc I train fasted and don't want 16g of fat sitting in my belly while I workout

Should I drop to just 1200mg (2 tablespoons) and see if there's any improvement?

Never experienced that. Even at 3.6g of PA

Ima start at 1750mg than up it to 2g second week and maybe to 3G later on. Want to see how all doses treat me and what the difference is. Ik 2g or better is where it's at.
 
I will lower to 1200mg (I only weigh 165lbs) and reasses. Then if no change, consider a pre workout dose despite everything I stand for (bc I'm a reasonable guy ;) )

Have been using PA since april and have been playing with doses..

-750mg was ...barely felt anything
-1500mg was great. Musclefullness, strength ,weight and size gains
-2000mg even better
-above 3000mg even better than other doses i tried. Honestly, more gains

That is crazy. So basically taking what you said I would run it at

1500 for a week or two. Than up the dose to 2000 for another two weeks (1 month) than run it at 2000+ for the remainder.

Wait hold up? You've been running it non stop since April? Gain and effects haven't stagnate?

I tried to take couple brakes. After just couple of weeks i felt i missed PA
 
I tried 2.4g of PA, or what I suspect to be 2.4g. The product I picked up of SL has the same profile as fearn excluding PA being listed so I'm going off the assumption they have similar PA levels. I didn't feel much difference. I also just picked up some fearn today so I'll try 2.4 of fearn and compare it with my generic and see of it feels any different. Maybe the generic doesn't have as much as I'm hoping for. I'm going to experiment between 2.4 and 3.6 with both brands but as of now nothing
 
Tried 2.4g of fearn and still nothing. Gonna up the generic to 3 and then fearn to 3 and see of there is anything

I think it takes a little while to really feel anything.. I'd stick with the fearn at 2.4g for at least two weeks. I'm only 165lbs and 1.2g seems to be my sweet spot

It works via mtor supposedly. Leucine spikes mtor and doesn't give you sudden strength increases. Theres not much choline in there and choline increasing strength is dubious anyways according to neuron. No plausible scenario other than placebo as far as I can tell. But it should work over a period of time I think. Cooper was saying the same thing basically on AM before he was left thread iirc

The most acute you're going to get out of it is possible increased hunger in the first 1-2 weeks. Even muscle fullness you don't really see until roughly ~3 weeks in. Strength increases you would REALLY need to have a full grasp of how your typically progress in strength with all else unchanged to notice (and it's moderate as well, only really noticeable when you look back and compare your notes on yourself).

Id agree with this re muscle fullness. Though, when I tried double dosing OG King (at about the 7 week mark) I experienced an increase in muscle fullness overnight (so, I cant be sure if this 'acute' increase was possible due to my PA levels already being up or if the double dose wouldve increased muscle fullness if I hadnt already been dosing prior anyway).

Oh yes, almost forgot about that rapid (relatively) scale weight gain with all else unchanged, lol. That was like 3/4 of a year ago for me. Bwah ha ha ha
 
Never tried PA, however I'm a big fan of X-Gels. That's my go to ArA product.

Depending on goals, X-Gels + Forskolin (or AnaBeta Elite if your budget allows) is a premier choice for body composition improvements.

What is the difference between x-gels and x-factor? Are x-gels better? Just wondering why its your go to ARA product.
 
They're the same thing. Just go with what's cheaper. X-Gels used to be (may still be).

Found xfactor for 65$ 2x100. I like to stick to the original. I was told to avoid the clones.
not bad. I agree avoid some clones depending on product and maker....but not from a brand like SNS. They're as legit as they come. Just for future purchases.
 
Pretty sure they both get the ARA from the same source, SNS and MN that is. If I found some brand I never heard of then yes I would steer clear.
 
A rep had said xgels were his 'go to for ARA', so I thought that meant that there something different or possibly lower quality about X-Factor (original). Thanks for pointing out that they are exactly the same thing.
