PA vs ARA

I noticed a difference in the 2nd day. I was fuller than normal. And the appetite increased big time also. But I also workout 5 days a week. That's why I don't take it on my off days.

I just started taking 3 tablespoons and have noticed that I've gotten even fuller. No strength increase that is out of the normal, but defiantly adding size.

The funny thing is, almost everyone is experiencing the same things such as:
Strength,size,musclefullness,appetiteincrease ,pumps etc.
I didnt told my friends what they should expect and they all reported the same things I use to get from PA.

I personally spread my doses out for a total of two daily for now. The study showing pre-workout to work was only compared to a group not working out at all. There was no group who took PA, trained but dosed the PA non preworkout. In order to know preworkout was required you would have to compare it to a training group who dosed it at a different time of day. Now we know preworkout works so I am going to continue to do that but will also take it at other time throughout the day.

Ive been on 15g fearns for nearly a week and noticing fullness and weight gain ~2lbs. Pretty much on par with king. This time im cutting rather than reverse dieting though.
 
Bought that fearn soy lecithin from amazon. How many tablespoons a day should I be taking?
Can it be taken on an empty stomach pre workout?
I weigh 215 lb

ARA+SL same time on empty stomach 45min prewo?
SL without break and ARA training days only for 50 wo ( 4 months assuming 3 days a week)?

I take the bulk of mine pre workout but I enjoy the focus aspect of the lecithin so I dose it more than once a day. As long as I am getting the 750mg used in the study preworkout I am good to go IMO.

The good thing with PA / Soy lecithin is, its cheap , its amazing and it does work and it can be stacked with everything.

i will run ArA+AB (OG)+PA next week and i see forward to that stack:)

For sure. I have King on the way and will take it, I love Niagen, with SL preworkout and then a couple more tbsp of SL the rest of the day.

I dont know for sure how much % of that is PA . Could be everything from 7 to 12/13%..

Niagen destroyed my stomach :(
Shame, because it really gave me a lot of energy

I have never heard that problem before. I have even seen people taking gram quantities. That is too bad it really is a great compound.

Did you take Niagen by itself?

No but both versions of KING gave me upset stomach,diarrhea,gas and felt like it was boiling in my stomach.

KING v2 has vitD,niagen and phospholipids. its not VitD which gave ne stomach issues,its deff not phospholipids since i am using over 20g of soy lecithin with no issues so it must be niagen. I have heard Niagen can cause those issues

My system is interesting when it comes to tolerating certain things. I can take high dose of low % forskolin no problem but take some maltitol in a protein bar and I feel like I ate glass. High dose TMG no issues, little bit of DAA and BOOM. I am definitely getting more sensitive as I age, 32 now.

Betaine,forskolin and some other things kill my stomach totaly lol :)

First i tought it was those herbs/plants in OG KING which upset my stomach but when i got same issues from v2 then i knew it was Niagen :(
 
That was my initial thought was maybe the King V1 was doing it. It is understandable though. I eat peanuts and PB all day. Some people eat like one nut and DIE. As similar as we all are we are still very very different and individual.
 
I just bought 2 16oz tubs of fearn soy lecithins. Supplement facts didn't list phosphatidic acid though hope I got the right stuff lol

That's too bad to hear. I hadnt heard about it giving anybody an upset stomach until now.

Guess I lucked out. Even at double dose I dont have any issues, and I'm fairly prone to stomach issues.

I notice most products only list Phosphatidylcholine and Phosphatidylinositol. And u said PA could range from 7-13%. My question is if a product has similar Phosphatidylcholine and Phosphatidylinositol amounts compared to fearn, would the PA also be similar?

It can be different.

Optima has just 18% of PC and i have seen some with 24%.. so its impossible to know without testing it..

thats why i prefer Optima or Fearn :)
But even at 7% PA , 20g soy lecithin would give u 1.4g PA..

Optima has 12.38% of PA

It says it has 91g phospholipids approximately (in the 100g serving). It only has 4-7grams (or percent) phosphatidic acid though.

Based on that you can calculate the price per gram of PA.

Optima soy lecithin Granules 10.5g has 1.3g PA. That means 12.38% of 10.5g is PA
 
If its says .4grams of PA does it mean 400mg of PA? Sorry im not so good about convertion. Im looking towards soy lecithun granules frm puritans pride, thats the information they gave me. A table spoon will yield you 8grms of soy lecithin, of that 8grams this product will give you .4grams of PA.
