PA vs ARA

You can still take the ArA. Even 2 grams of fish oil daily did not have any meaningful perceptible counter effects to the ArA for me personally. Just dose it hours (6+) away from the ArA dose.

That's the issue. I take my fish oil 3x a day. Breakfast, afternoon snack, and dinner. So I wouldn't be able to fit in the ARA. Its ok though, Ill stick with soy lecithin for now.

Split the dosing to 2 x's a day. Heck, I've taken 1 gram of fish oil post workout on my first ArA run. That was 1 gram of ArA. It's as good if not better than my second ArA run @ 1.5 grams ArA w/ LCLT + GMS and w/o fish oil.

Stop over-complicating it man.

What are the side effects of PA?

You can take along with ARA?
 
I would try soy lecithin first since its cheaper. Run a few months on that. Then on the 2nd cycle run king to see which one gives you better results.

Sorry man I'm American and cant translate. But the PA content in what every brand soy lecithin you buy is 7%. So if you're taking 10 grams of soy lecithin, you're getting 700mg of PA. 20 grams would yield 1400mg of PA.

Started 15g fearns yesterday, rate the taste! Will update you guys on how it compares to king in my books after a few weeks of use.
 
How did you like your run with King? Were you dosing it at 3 caps?

Noticed some weight gain in first week or so and fullness through out, no much else. I ran 3 caps ED.

Will be interesting to see what 450mg more PA per day will bring to the table.
 
Wondering if the fearn or other brand that is soy lecithin, is it genetically modified? (GMO) does anyone aware of this issue? Could be do harm than good.

Don't stress over these things, if things weren't GMO your bananas would be full of seeds, broccoli would be uneatable and Carrots would be red ;)
 
Didnt mean to stress out things here, i just pin point those negative sides of taking too much. Im no hate of soy lecithin here just want to let you guys know that GMO is also one that we have to avoid it, if you love your body too much :)

Wrong..

Optima soy lecithin has 12.5% PA

Yes and i will NEVER go back to 1.5g like i did before.

This is what i felt of 750mg of PA:
musclefullness and some strength and weightgain was there

1.5g:
More musclefullness, more.size and strength. Even appetite increase

2g or more (3g):
Amazing. No sides at all, strength gains are good,musclefullness,weightgain ,appetiteincrease

Used PA Since april (biotest microPA) and tried both KING versions but KING killed my stomach (i believe its due to niagen).

I dropped microPA and used just soy lecithin. Soy lecithin is cheap, easy to get bigger PA dosages anf it has other phospholipids . More PA = better results.

Since i have 12 microPA bottles i am adding 750mg to my 3g from soy lecithin.
Now i am using 3.7g(PA) each day and i LOVE it.

Did i tried to take a break from PA ? Yes and its big difference when on and off

the good thing with PA is, its damn cheap, it WORKS and it can be stacked with everything.
But like i said many times, increase your dosage. Take more than 2g

Danes, I know kissdadookie said he takes his PA/SL with his other pre's but I'm curious as to your take on it. Since SL has fat and cals and seems like/is a food would taking that with ur other pre's cause them to be less absorbed since ur supposed to take them on an "empty" stomach and SL is a food?

If you take soy lecithin with a PWO you will be fine

I'd like to try this combo but worried about joints. I'm 46 and take a lot of fish oil and OT (joint complex) every day. Not optimal with ARA

I always do 8 weeks of ARA + ABE, 1 month off (usually I take other things here, such as DAA, L-DOPA, etc. etc.).

I really like the ARA + ABE, I totally changes the lines of the body.
I would like to add to the stack forskolin, but then I far too costly,
I'm preferring to try PA.

ArA+PA+ABE would be the best stack ever

But i have inflammatory issues in my shoulders and i must admit i am affraid it will be worse :(

This. Same concern. However My workout is about 12 am, taking Ara prewo could be fine if taking fish oil and other stuff for joints about 9 pm?

As long as you split fish oil and ArA it should not be any problem actually
