ps i normally dont like posting questions but i havent seen these questions come up in previous threads

For dosage you should do this

We recommend taking P-Slin 15 minutes before your pre-workout meal or shake. Depending upon your personal preference, the pre-workout meal should be between 1 and 2 hours before your workout begins.

A quick, easy and effective meal is 2 cups of oats and 2 scoops protein powder 15 minutes after taking P-Slin.

And I think that P-Slin will really help you, if this is what you want read below

P-Slin’s ability to utilize enormous amount of carbohydrates and amino acids and drive those nutrients directly into your muscle cells to promote lean muscle gain, mind-blowing pumps, “roadmap” vascularity, Ironman-like endurance and rapid recovery from workouts.

P-Slin is specially designed to be used pre-workout when “nutrient-flooding” is most useful to the body to promote strength, size, definition, pumps, endurance and vascularity.

If you get bloated from carbs anyway you might look into digestive enzymes. I take those with most oof my high carb containing meals.

P-Slin would work great first thing in the morning before training. What exactly are the amounts of eggs and oats you have for breakfast?

i have the equivolent of 60 grams of carbs worth of oatmeal and 8 eggs (2 whole)

do digestive enzymes really help that much bc i have thought about using them before??

With P-Slin you may want to increase carbs a bit more, but experiment to see what works best for you.

I have found digestive enzymes to be very effective at aiding digestions and eliminating bloat and gas. And they're cheap!

P-Slin, as well as AP has always helped me with carb bloating...as well as increasing the amount of carbs I am able to take in...

i read the label and it says to take it on off days also, i am cycling carbs and they are low on off days, would it effect the results if i dont use p-slin on off days bc of the low carbs.

Well honestly if you cannot follow the directions for P-Slin you should try a different supplement,

You do not need to wait 2 hours,

Just take your P-Slin 15 minutes before you pre-workout meal and usually people will wait around 1 hour depending on what they like after their pre-workout meal to go workout.

If you workout on a empty stomach, I would say this is not the supplement for you.

thank you for your non-judgmental responce....it's much appreciated bro. it's so great that you can read minds and tell that i can not read directions, but i hate to burst you're bubble and tell ya that i do work out on an empty stomach and needed to know that if i eat after would P-slin still be effective? i get up @3:30 am and am @ the gym by 4:30 w/o for an hour then rush to work where i eat b-fast, i eat a large dinner to carry me until then. but hey if this exercising thing doesn't work it should be comforting that you can always find employment @ the "Ms. Cleo physic hotline"......(joking)LOL

I see...I take it you're cutting...load up on those bcaas.

you would probably have a better workout with at least some carbs and protein in your belly.

ohh yea, you bet man.....bcaa's and 1/2 a protein drink about 40 grams of protein before........sorry i was not more clear...i just meant not food therefore "an empty stomach"....i need to be more descriptive in the future....been a problem of mine. thanks though....if i had not been doing that i would have been in trouble....and quite possible catabolic

Can I make a small suggestion?

Use a coffee grinder, and grind up some oats and add them to the shake. 40g's of protein, 10-15g's of BCAAs plus 1 cup of ground oats is a good preworkout meal. Easy too becuase you can put it in the shaker before bed and just add water in the morning.

Taking 1 p-slin 15-20 minutes before a shake like would be nice too...

Great suggestion.....I do this every now and again when I need a balanced meal on-the-go. I love the texture too!

Hi again Im not completely sure if you are joking or not,
I said everything there in a non-judgemental way.
I did not mean you could not or would not read the directions,
all I was trying to say is and I will word things better so that it doesnt come off rude..my bad..

What I was trying to say is with P-Slin, it is important to follow the directions, I know all supplements have directions but some times it doesnt matter as much when and how you dose them like multi Vitamins, protein etc

So I hope this makes things clearer, I was not trying to attck you or anything I was just trying to say for P-Slin it is better to just follow the directions or honestly do not use it.

So I hope this is more helpful, i understand what it is like to workout early while I was in afghanistan sometimes I would have to work out between 2-3am because we would go out on patrols at 4am and sometimes be out all day and night.
