p-plex to m-drol bridge....any suggestions?

I'm thinking p-plex 30, 30, 30, 10-20, 0, 0, 0, then M-drol 0, 0, 0 10, 20, 20.....but its not definitive yet...

Anyway, here's my support supp list.....Please feel free to add to it!!

fish oil 3x daily
milk thistle 3x daily
ZMA at night
multivit
and either AI's Cycle Support or something similar in a cap
oh, and AAKG PreWO with PH dose.
And some DHEA and Taurine in case of back pumps and bad lethargy

So far for PCT I gots some liquid nolva and creatine.....I used and liked ALRI's Restore, but read it can be suppressive? Dunno how true dat to be, but might look at other options....

Thanks for any/all opinions!!

mine was start with ppend with sd since pp takes long to kick in, PM ultamite machine (i belive) he has done somethign good.
(pp 10 10 20 40 40 50)
(mdrol 10 20 30 30 0 0 0) something like that was his

Gotta log where a phera cycle was jumpstarted by SD...

SD: 10/20/20/20
PP: 20/20/30/30/40/40

gained 20lbs holding pretty much all 20 a wk and half into pct... Strength took a little dip but not much

I like the idea of running a 6 weeker of PP where you effectively kickstart it with 3 weeks of SD

I also like bridges tho because it reduces the volume of methyls you take. If i were to run a bridge and I've thought about it recently I would to this:
SD 10/20/20/30
PP 00/00/00/30/40/50/50

BTW this is what I would do not what I recommend for other people, most other people should tone the doses down and/or consider doing the SD for only 3 weeks.

But with either cycle I like the idea of starting with the SD, making your explosive gains, and then using the phera to build off of them. I love Phera but it does not impart the same magnitude of gains as SD does for me.

Hmm...so would more gains be possible or feel less sides or have a more successful PCT doing SD first, bridge to PP? Does it make much of a diff?

Thanks!!

hard to say...

For most sd imparts explosive gains in strength and weight within a really short period 3-4wks. This short period doesnt allow the body time to adapt. So u jump into pct and even with solid pct u loose lsome of ur gains and strength.

By adding a few wks this gives extra time for adaptation. You can still cont to gain at this point or may wish to try and recomp a little (staying at same weight but droppping bf).
I think for a bulk sd and pplex is the way to roll. If u want more of the recomp at the end sd and epi is better. But as some will say u can recomp on anything it's all diet dependent... IMO u would het a harder dryer look with epi compared to phera.

I just ran the above cycle suggest with phera kicked off with sd. Gained 20lbs and a 1.5wks into pct and lost 1lbs. Definately bets gaining 12-15lbs in 3 wks with sd then jumping into pct.

Me and liftingstud agree 100% on this one. My experience with SD straight into PCT is a lot of lost gains. You need to run a base or a bridge to hold onto those gains longer before you go into PCT.

how would you adapt your SD/PP cycle for a less experienced ph user... i have previously ran KS Trenadrol for 6 weeks @ 90mg and gained a lot of strength . Am looking to gain mass on my next cycle and was thinking of running bold 200 + m-drol.
Having read this thread i am tempted to replace the bold with p-plex and as you suggest start on the SD and finish with PP so the gains dont drop off too quick when i start PCT.
I was thinking m-drol 10/20/20
p-plex 0/0/20/30/40/40

Any solid advice welcome....thanks in advance.

I would not adapt it. I would suggest u run epi or pplex for 5-6wks. Or run sd on it's own for 3-4 wks. This is for experienced user. Atleast run each sd and pplex on their own before u stack them. You can make very good gains on each solo first. Plus you see how u react to each and can judge how to stack them better. Plus sides can be a big issue with these.

The bridge is an okay idea I think. It does take phera a little bit to kick in compared to sd. I liken the phera with sd kickstart to a test cycle with dbol kickstart... Due to the lag in kickin time u still use the compound so conc can build but use the other fast acting compound to bring about gains right away.

But still would lean to running each on it own first. Then stacking or bridging.

thanks Liftingstud,

i'll take that onboard and possibly run the M-DROL solo for 3 weeks 20/20/20...
then look at a possible bridge with bold200 or p-plex in the new year.
