Hey guys,
I'm thinking of starting a phera / halo stack next week. Am hoping to make some lean gains as well as loose some fat. I heard the original Halo had some phera in as well but not sure how much. Was think of doing:-
P-Plex 20/30/30/40
H-Drol 50/50/50/50
Will be using NAC 2g/day while on then milk thistle on PCT.
Do think doses are okay or should I lower the pp or maybe stretch it over 6-weeks?
