whats up guys...i've been using this site for a while for research but havent contributed much...figured I would try it out.

I'm through week one of my new cycle

CYCLE:
CEL pmag 75/75/75/75
CEL Cycle Assist (as directed) - preloaded for 2 weeks
typical support supps... fish oil/multi/ON whey/ON serious mass

PCT:
CEL P.C.T Assist
CEL Formestane
Blue up w/ stim - probably start week 3

DIET:
I'm still bulking so my diet is basically 300g protein 300g carbs...around 5500-6000 cals daily. I'm not on a super strict diet but I only buy things like chicken, steak, tuna, whole wheat pastas etc so its relatively clean. For this cycle, I didn't wanna up my calories for this cycle because I would not be able to maintain more than 6000cals a day.

GOAL:
Since I'm bulking I would like to see somewhere in the range 5-10lbs...keeping atleast 5-6lbs after PCT.

TRAINING:
I recently switched up my routine a bit and for the next couple of weeks I am trying all compound exercises for mass/strength gains. We'll see how that goes.

My only other cycle was hdrol at 50/75/75/75 (First cycle).

I'll basically just try to give updates every week on sides/gains/how everything is going. If anyone has any questions about the cycle I'll be more than happy to try to help...and if anyone has any suggestions for my cycle...I'm all ears haha.



WEEK 1:
My weight has gone up 2lbs from preloading to the end of the first week. My libido is def wayyy up though. I didn't experience that at all with h-drol. Also, I just feel much better overall throughout the day. So far, I'm really happy with pmag...cant wait for the rest of the cycle. I'm actually pretty excited about PCT too.
 
awesome man. Celc has an awesome pmag log to check out too if you havent already...I got a lot of good info from it. I'm just trying to put out my experience with it because there isn't as much info on it as there is other products like hdrol etc etc
 
I just started my second week so there hasnt been much to report yet...sorry this log is slow. One thing worth mentioning is my shoulder workout today. It was probably one of the best ones I've ever had. First day I've really noticed an increase in strength so far on the cycle.

no weight gain?
 
by mid second week I'm up 6lbs...keep in mind I'm on a heavy bulking diet so I can only assume that maybe 2-3lbs is lean muscle but I'm still very pleased so far. Yesterday was the first day I noticed an increase in strength so I'll update tomorrow after my back workout if my strength is still going up.

Since I'm only two weeks in...I really cant compare it to hdrol yet since hdrol really didnt kick in for 3 weeks. So far though, pmag feels a lot cleaner. Theres definitely more of an "on" feeling. Hdrol felt like it shut me down way more than pmag (so far). Pmag basically lives up to its description by CEL....pmag is more geared toward size gains than hdrol....I'm noticing minor mirror changes but my girlfriend and brother have both commented that I look bigger so take from that what you will haha. Pmag is really working well for me
 
back workout today.... minor strength gains but def did not wanna stop lifting so I got an extra set in on all workouts. Libido is still way up...other than that no sides to speak of. Checked my blood pressure last night and all is well. I'll jump on the scale monday.
 
Chest/tris yesterday went well and I'm up 7lbs at the end of the second week. I felt a little sick today but i just stuffed down a decent breakfast and felt better as the day went on...don't think it had to do with the pmag. I started to notice a little more shedding than usual but nothing to be alarmed about. Also my BP was up a tiny bit so I'm going to keep an eye on that. Other than that the cycle is still going really well. I've been debating whether or not to take it to 5 weeks at 75/75/75/75/75 or keep it to my original plan of 4. Anyone have any suggestions? Also, I was wondering if it would be beneficial to start my formestane during the last week of the cycle and run it into pct?
 
yeah you could run it 5 weeks, it is best to see how you feel at the end of week 4. Plus you could start running low doses of the formestane now. Ive been doing it on my cycle and it has been working nice.
 
shoulder workout went great again...seems to be my most productive day since I've been on cycle. I decided to start the form today for the last two weeks of the cycle then through pct. 1 pump x2 a day. I'll probably run it like

50/50(last week of cycle)/100/100/50/50

This sounds like a great idea!
I've followed this same protocol myself.
Run the Form with the PCT Assist and your solid. :)
 
hey guys sorry its been some time since my last post...I got like a serious 24 hour bug or something and felt terrible...i still stuffed down food but I had to miss my back/bi workout which was not ideal at all. Feeling much better today and didn't lose any weight so that was a great thing.

Anyway besides that setback the cycle is still going great. I am in love with pmag...def responding really well to it. I was very happy with my h-drol cyce but pmag is blowing it out imo. I'm about mid 3rd week so I still have time to make some more progress. Also, adding the form was a great idea...I'm really liking that as well. I'm gonna hit back/bis tomorrow so I'll let you know how that goes and I'll prob jump on the scale just to see where I stand

Yeah, I feel the same.
PMag is like a "jacked" HDrol. Same "feeling" with a bit more strength/aggression for me.
 
back/bis went well...I have to make up for lost ground so I'll probably hit chest/tris tomorrow with no off day. While I was sick I didn't lose any weight but I obviously didn't gain any either. Still up 7lbs mid 3rd week which I'm happy about...couldnt say how much is lean mass cause I dont know my start bf%... if I had to guess i would say about 4lbs is lean mass. Also I am noticing that I can see more veins in my arms.

Today is the end of my third week. I jumped on the scale today and I'm up 8lbs. I'm still kinda fighting off the tail end of this cold or flu whatever it was so it kinda has me down...but hopefully the rest of the cycle i'll feel better. Some things I noticed more this week. I'm starting to see visible changes now in the mirror. Others were making comments...but I actually started to see it myself at the end of the third week. I also mentioned that I am seeing more veins. My first week with the Formestane went nice. I really like it so far...I'm def a lott more solid ... not sure if that is from the pmag or form or both but its awesome.

Sides are still to a minimum.....I had some back pumps the other day but an extra gallon of water took care of it. Also, I noticed a slight increase in acne. I'm always prone to bacne....but usually dont get it on my face. Nothing to be concerned about but just wanted to note it. Libido is still up...strength is still going up... weight is still going up. I love this cycle!
 
quick update for today

today was an off day and I got a really solid day of eating in so far. I feel great. I noticed today for the first time that every muscle just feels pumped and hard. I'm not sure why but its pretty crazy. I also noticed a tid bit of aggression today. Nothing else to report really.
 
Sorry I havent updated in a few days...gf's internet sucks. Nothing different to really report. Strength has seemed to level out as well as weight (at 10lbs). I'm starting to notice a pretty decent increase in shedding at this point. Again, nothing to be alarmed about but def increasing at the end of my 4th week. Wednesday is officially the end of the 4th week and I think i'm gonna cut it off there for now. I still feel a little under the weather I cant beat it. I'll start PCT Thursday and still keep you guys posted on how I feel / how much weight i'm keeping. I'll be getting in another back/bi and chest/tri so i'll also let you know how the last two "on" workouts go.

Started PCT and everything is going good....I'll do a kinda quick overview .

ok so cycle was:
cel pmag 75/75/75/75
cel formestane 0/0/50/50
cel cycle assist (as directed and preloaded 2 weeks)

I'm leaving the cycle with 9lbs (cant be exact on how much is fat/muscle...if i had to guess i would say a good 5-6lbs is solid lean mass). Sides were very mild throughout the whole cycle. I noticed a huge increase in libido the whole cycle and a pretty decent increase in strength. Also, I noticed more size with pmag...much more than hdrol. Mild mild acne started around the end of week 3 as well as some shedding at the start of week 4.

PCT Plan:
cel pct assist 6/6/6/6
cel formestane 100/100/50/50
blue up w/ stim (prob 1 cap a day maybe up to 2 if i can handle ... starting week 3ish)
Also adding my creatine back...biorhythm kre alkalyn as directed

(Willing to add anything else anyone may feel is beneficial but i thought this was pretty solid)

I'll also be taking the regular supps...multi, fish oil etc etc

Its only been a day of PCT, but I still feel great. My libido actually feels like its increasing which I didnt feel would be possible but I guess i can attribute that to the pct assist/form. Its great. Tomorrow is my shoulder workout so I'll let you know how strength holds up and i'll update weight maybe at like the end of the weekend.

I said it a million times .... but I really loved this cycle. It was everything I was hoping for. Again, hdrol was definitely a solid product but the Pmag was just amazing. I responded really really well to it. Even through being sick and having to work outside which was not ideal for my diet timing, I still managed to walk away with 9lbs. I feel like I easily could have broke 10lbs had my diet been a bit more on point as far as timing goes. Oh well live and learn.... anyway I will definitely be using this product again sometime in the future after my body gets the rest it needs. Thanks again for everyones help and suggestions and I'll keep you guys posted throughout PCT!
 
PCT Assist and the Formestane will make for a great PCT libido booster :)

BTW...9lbs is nothing to be ashamed of man, that's a great weight gain.
 
Workouts have still been going well for me. So far I'm really enjoying my PCT. I'm down a pound since the start. Other than that nothing to really report. I was thinking of upping my calories for PCT but I know I will not be able to maintain that many forever so I decided against it.
 
I don't feel like I have lost much strength since I started PCT. I'm still only down 1lb but I did up my calories another 500 a day for PCT so that probably has something to do with it. I feel like I'm making a much quicker recovery than I did with Hdrol.
 
I'm feeling pretty much back to normal. My workouts have been good and i switched my routine a bit. I'm down another 1lb so I'm holding onto 7lbs second week.
 
Sorry I probably forgot to mention this in the beginning...I wont be starting Blue up until the beginning of next week (week 3).
 
Hey so I was checking your log out, how's the PCT going? Any sides to mention throughout this run? I don't see many PMag logs so curious as to what it compares to. I've run M-drol, regular, pulsed, and low dose for long periods - done a Hdrol cycle (my fav so far), so was just checking to see what you think.

BTW, I saw in the beginning post that you are taking 5000 calories but mentioned only 300 g protein and 300 g carbs, uh that only equals 2400 calories, typo??

hey man glad you checked it out...The numbers I throw around for my diet are not super strict....usually i'll well break 300/300 but I always get over those numbers which is how I meant it to come through...Im bad at explaining stuff haha sorry

The PCT is going great. I haven't had any sides to speak of so far PCT except a minor drop in strength and down 2lbs.

Since I have only ran Hdrol and that seems to be the PH that everyone compares Pmag to, I'll give you my comparison on both...

-I felt a lot more shutdown on my Hdrol cycle
-Had testicular discomfort with Hdrol and not with Pmag
-Did not have the "on" feeling with Hdrol that I had with Pmag
-Put on size with both but more with Pmag...that may be do to having a better idea what I was doing
-No shedding with Hdrol but I did notice quite a bit of shedding with Pmag
-No acne with Hdrol but noticed an increase with Pmag both face and back/arms
-BP was up a bit more than when I ran Hdrol

I loved Hdrol but Pmag is just where its at for me. If you had a good Hdrol run, you should def look into Pmag I dont think you will regret it...nice easy cycle for some nice gains.
