Hi guys
This is my first post although I've been lurking in these forums for some time.
I've started training with weights again after a long break of around 6 years, that doesn't mean I stopped training altogether - I've still been doing a lot of body weight training and yoga which I found suited my lifestyle better and improved my overall well being. But recently I've become aware I've lost a fair bit of muscle mass and if this keeps up I'll look like of of those skinny / fat guys. I'm 45 years of age now and I'm really noticing a much longer recovery time after a weights session and joint pain too.
I've always been natty but I'm most probably going to give P-Bold a try, from what I have researched it can possibly help with joint pain and recovery too but is also a mild PH, non toxic on the liver etc. My diet and exercise regime is good so just feel I would benefit from a little help at my age. So my questions are;

- I've read mixed feedback about this - will it shut me down?
- Can anyone with knowledge in terms of first time use, recommend what PCT to use?
- If it shut's me down do I need to consider a SERM or at least have some on hand in case?
- Finally, can anyone recommend a knowledgeable supplier who are good at offering advice in case I need it on my first cycle? (UK based)
