Is There Anything Proven O.t.c. (BESIDES THE REGULAR NUTRIENTS) That Increases Oxygen Utilization? ANYBODY HEARD OF OR TRIED N,N,-Dimethylglycine?

As far as I know cordygen5 (cordyceps) may be your best bet. There's a lot of good research on it, I don't know all the specifics but there are good reviews on it. I use it but have not been on long enough and have been seriously slacking on cardio to report any benefits. Here's a thread that has a good chunk of the research in it, scroll down a few posts:

i think the suggestions above are pretty good...the only things that rally come to mind are cordygen and cordycep products and citrulline malate
 
I have used Cordygen5 with some pretty good results. I primarily bought it for my soccer season, 90 minutes is a long time for constant jogging/sprinting. I have stopped using it since I am not in season but will start up again soon
