Hey I've been more consistent tracking my macros lately and I've noticed my sugar intake is a little higher than recommended. I'm in a cut following 40/40/20 macros. My sugar mainly comes from berries, sweet potatoes, and occasionally a banana. I'll post a sample of one days diet. Should I be concerned or do the benefits of the fruits outweigh the sugar? Thanks.
