Day 32 Back I am doing Bi's on wednesday due to mandatory PT and since the gym is still upgrading the whole half of the gym is still off limits so my back workout was limited so I just did more with little rest

weight 225. the last 2 days Ive seem to had random chest pains its kind of worrisome. but ive also upped my cardio so im lowering that a tad. today I only did 15 min on eliptical

Ok first I'll notate todays lift, then I'll notate sides and effects.

I was time constrained today with an hour to lift and shoulders and bi's so I did supersets and volume the whole session. No cardio sucks but Ill make up for that tomm.

BB military press

Seated Preacher curls supersetted with Seated Lateral raises
85lb preacher curl x 8 ss 25lb DB lateral raise 8 sets

I could barely bend my arm after this

Cable Hammer rope curl supersetted with Cable front raises

I am feeling my old age. I swear I pulled 2 muscles today in my forearm and my front delt.

The past few days I have just felt miserable. I can't seem to get enough sleep I get to sleep at 10pm and wake up about 550am but I am exhausted.

Soreness last for days DOMS is a bitch today during stretching My chest was still sore from monday. My recovery inbetween sets is great but doms ugh

Occasionally not all day i am getting this deep chest pain like a throbbing. I have stopped taking stims with the occasional cup of coffee 3 days ago I took a yellow thunder and that was the only stim for a bit not even focus xt. I know caff withdrawl and this isnt it.

I am grouchy , anxiety and short fused. Im patient. all these are first for me. I am thinking the pmag at 75mg a day is doing it. Part of me wants to cut this early and send back the sealed bottles or pay for them. another part of me sees the physical changes in my body and I am loving it.

Like right now I just dont wanna sit on this damn computer lol. I do have a macro eco test in 45 min so I am heading out now.

Man today was something else. I skipped my noon does of p-mag and felt a little better.

I used the scale that has been "calibrated" for official weigh-ins

weight 231lbs! that is 13lb gain in 30 days

Today was leg day and I felt pretty good. Once I got a good warm up in for 10 min high pace on eliptical to get a good sweat.

315x5 4 sets these felt real good no wobble like a deer afterward will prob up the weight next week

Our gym got all new nautilus equip in this week so there was a new hack squat and a new leg press.

The Hack squat was real comfortable on my Knees

The leg press is like a verticle press your practically laying on the ground and the track down pretty much forces you to press with your heels It felt awesome

I've ran 4 cycles. All 4 have been my "last" cycle LOL :laugh:

IMO it's not the pmag. It's the formestane. Check your BP.

Finally, just cause your doc's office calls you doesn't mean that you HAVE to follow up. And/or just beacause your doc is disatisfied with your bloodwork, you can politely and maturely decline to follow up with his treatment protocol. No need to get worked up about it, but I'd be a bit irritable on an aggressive stack like this too :head:
 
Day 38 CHest. after much thought and issues at home I just no longer have the time to spend close to 2 hrs a day in the gym the lift plus cardio is taking so damn long

so instead of wednesday off weds will be shoulders mon chest tue back wed shoulders thur arms fir legs. this allows me to do cardio when I am done for atleast 30 min

I don't really know if its mental, or legit

however I halved my pmag dosage this weekend and I have not had any of that deep throbbing chest pain that occasionally was happening.

for this reason i will practice what i preach and sacrifice potential gains for safety. It sucks because I al really begining to reach this peak but 75 mgs daily is messing with me.

and goddamn these bold compounds are not a good product for a cut lol. I eat like a pig!!! I ate a rack of ribs last night with 2 servings of broccolli. and that was 2 hrs after I had a 20 peice chik fil a nugget

I have def added some fat these past 2 weeks. which means more cardio this week

I will note this cycle has taught me the value of running more even if I dont like it and I now actually look forward to doing it.

overall so far there is much success in this run. juding by the remaining caps pct should be starting in 2-3 weeks

I asked before but you didn't respond. Are you still taking the formestane? If you are, I still say it's a BP issue from formestane and not pmag at all IMO.

I am sold on this eqplex I am feeling very little in terms of sides. oily hair has subsided. nut size is still the same. bp is level. hunger is leveling off as well.

its taken awhile but its running nicely now which is just nice for me

i have added some body fat due to my insane hunger but i will cut that off after the cycle ends and i can get some low carb loving without wasting the bold effects.

i also want to note in terms of Focus XT I completed my Macro class with a 3.4 gpa i took this each night during class and basically survived on it with my ****ty ass schedule

800mgs a day never ran this before I am loving it but it has its draw backs I have to work harder on cycle and I am getting wore out.

slow and steady progressive gains are nice, but I am pulling and straining muscles easier now


today I set a PR for close grip bench 225x10 and what used to be my final set of bb curls at 135 I am now starting my working sets at. Its been great, but my body is begging for rest. I am due a week off. The following complaints are good complainst but irritate the hell out of me

The pumps. they are killing me, not in a good way I mean so painful I cant bend my arms on arm day. chest so si full I cant reach across my body. back gets so pumped I cant wipe my ass wtf how do large guys live like this lol

My strength is great, and if this were a true bulk I could see 20 + lbs easily, However I have had to ramp up my cardio just to keep from getting out of control. I am up 14lbs thus far and I snapped a few pics this morning to show what I look like cold. Maybe next week Ill take some full pump tilt shots

I am gonna attempt squats over 400 tomm. i dont typicall squat heavy due to fear of possible injury an injury of that nature in my line of work is disasterous so we will see how I feel
 
Hmmm... I'm thinkin a GVT routine might be good for this compound to prevent from the strains and irritations that you're talking about. Just thinkin out loud I suppose :think:

How's libido and any testicular shrinkage? No that's NOT a marriage proposal :rant:
 
its funny when I got a week into this cycle i though of GVT as well. I bet for sure you could blow up.

i havent really noticed any nut shrinkage. I did get my wife knocked up so that is a good side lol.

in terms of labido there are some days where i just wanna rape lol other days i just too tired or dont think about it. however if the need be things work as planned so no dead noodles

i have been giving cross fit a serious look the past few weeks. mainly for the cardio benefits. maybe a hybrid version but i really need to get my cholesterol levels in check and beef up my cardio i am not a young snapper anymore lol
 
Ya, cholesterol is frequently WRECKED following 14ad cycles. IMO don't get bloodwork for a good 6 months post pct or your doc is gonna flip and try like heck to put you on meds.
 
he is already doing that lol. they were lower then my last run ( which was after THE ONE lol)

however this being final ill get them checked again in january for his benefit

the best feeling in the world is a good quad pump. sure the pump is nice in teh arms and chest. But something about the quads pumped feels great. when the boxers get tighter around your thighs and your just stumbling around.

My biggest increases were also reflected in my largest weight numbers. My Bi's and Chest showed the greatest strength improvement. Begining maxes were now My first working sets. My lat pulldowns also increased 30 lbs



Ok Opinions. I loved running this even with some of the sides that showed later toward the end of the cycle it was a long slow cycle in which the gains came on slowly. I didn't care much for the pmag but the eq-plex was awesome!!

I guess becuase when I increased the dosage to 75 mgs i started having a deep chest throbbing pain, i cut the dose down to 25 mgs a day for the last 2 weeks and the pain was gone. On another board some say it may have been the form but I ran form every day so the jury is out.

Cholesterol was up as with all ph's liver minor elevation. Hunger jesus christ, I gained a bit of fat from non stop eating. Sleep was great too long some days i couldnt get out of bed. A Bit of lethargy toward the end. Minor androgenic sides oily hair and skin


No hair loss, No prostate issues, No sexual sides, desire did go down a bit but all things functioned as planned.


My only complaint with eq-plex is you need 3 bottles to run this so it can be pretty expensive. But for a non methyl I am impressed and would rec. this

My PCT is carefully planned to the minute. I expect to drop 5lbs easily the first month. Running a anti-E and anti cortisol together the water shed will be nuts so I am sure ill deflate fairly quick.

I am gonna reintroduce RPM and NEOVAR as my pre workout and my creatine.

In the morning I will take an inhibit-e 3 PCT assist 3 Liver XT 50 mgs of Form and repeat right before bed. I will follow supress-c directions on the bottle

so its gonna look like this

Overall it appears you had a great cycle bud. There will always be some minor side effects to deal with. Regardless...way to kick some ass! :thumbsup:

Ok so here is a little tip for those using topical form. after you cant pump anymore unscrew the pump there is easily another 5 doses or so left. I just ran out of the first bottle and still have a sealed full bottle


pct is going well. strength numbers are still great chest was good on monday 315x6 330x4

today I curled 155 with ease

ive flattened out which is to be expected. headaches are common and annoying

mentally no issues, thirst is unreal. no increase or decrease in sex drive. i would'nt say its non exstant. but I dont care either way if i get laid or not.

I am hoping i am not dosing form to high 2 pumps in am and 2 pumps in pm 100 mg a day. but i feel fantastic aside from teh occasional headache. my resting heart rate is better. my cardio is great. and I have not lost anyweight or strength I am a bit flatter I dont have the all day hormone pump

but hell look at the pics My shoulders and chest look like an atlas. how, I have eaten like crap the last 2 weeks ice cream burgers, pasta, i am eating my calories like i were on cycle just not clean cals lol

i added some pics of my pump ive never had a pump like this on pct i usually feel like crap and flat

I will be taking some time off the next week and ahalf for rest etc. I am going to PA for 3 weeks and i need a break i may get a membership for a week so today it was a basica chest shoulder tri ift tomm back bi leg then fly out

Wanted to drop in 2 months after the end of cycle to give an update.

its been over a month after pct. and I cannot believe how fast I recovered, and for the first time ever. The ability to keep everything stuck


Today I took my measurements and recall this week and last weeks lifts

weight is still 232, this is even after a increase in cardio due to being TDY

Bench, I put up 335 4.5 times last week. still bests. Today on Hammer Incline press I pushed 5 plates each side for 1 rep personal best.

all the weight I was moving at the end of my cycle I am still moving. Only My squat work has dropped a bit. Mainly to all my running now.

I never even finished all the inhibit e and I still have half a bottle of topical form.

i recovered so fast I never even realized that I was off cycle. I am sure a majority of this can be attributed to how mild Bold is ( a good thing) and running low dose form throughout.

hell I even knocked the wife up on cycle lol


any who I just reintroduced Neovar Drive and IGF-2 2 weeks ago. I am thrilled that this went so well.

its a testament to the quality ingredients these 2 companies provided
