I ran out of AM REDuctaion and still have some PM left, anyone have an idea how many MG's of Green Tea in the AM will suffice to run with the PM I have left over

Also does anyone take GM WF or PW on non lift days or only on cardio days???

I take GM on off days, and PW to decrease recovery time.

Take the rec'd dose of Green Tea
