Osterine for fat loss

Hi all,

Im only just a new user of this site and a bit of a newbie overall.... I am looking to get some information on cutting some fat.

I am currently 6 foot tall and 198lbs.

I dont take any other supplements and I ensure that I eat healthy and have been doing weights seriously for the last 6 months. I also do a good amount of cardio to try to manage weight loss.

Although I am happy with my muscle gain at the moment, I am not happy that the fat does not seem to disappear as well as I would like.

I have been looking into Osterine for weight loss and have read some good feedback about it for weight loss.

Basically I am looking for any information that anyone has about Osterine for weight loss.

Further to this if anyone has any other suggestions for other products that may assist that would be greatly appreciated.

keep going naturally and make minor adjustments to your diet/training and see what works, i'm sure you haven't exhausted all of your options in the 6 months that you've been working out, even you said yourself that your a "newbie"...but if you must...from the logs and research ive read ostarine sounds amazing for fat loss and if your willing to mess with your vision the S4 would be better.

Yeah, 6 months isn't enough time to justify going from no supplements straight into MK-2866 (ostarine). It's not something like clen or anavar, though, either. It will aid in some nice leaning along with slight muscle gains if the diet is right, but I'd venture to guess you can make some changes without that.

It's something you could look into adding down the road, but I bet you could make some solid changes without it (and if anything, look at working in some minor OTC products, first).

I agree with this as well. Once you have made some good progress on your own it might be something you could look to add later on
