Osteoarthritis Wrist Distal Radius

Hey,

Anyone here had wrist injuries?
I crushed my wrist, still waiting for surgery for my TFCC tear.
I have Dorsal Impingement as-well, and I fractured my DR.

Specialist said my outcome is poor due to Osteoarthritis at my Distal Radius.

Just wondering, if any supplements are actually proven to assist?

Anything else people use to combat issues?

Unfortunately training aggravates my wrist, I haven't been training much at all.

I'm looking into Red Light Therapy units, Acupuncture etc

Thank you

so you need something to regenerate the cartiledge? I'm not really sure what compounds work best for that. off the top of my head I'm thinking turkesterone or deca but maybe someone else has a better suggestion.

oh and eat collagen!! afaik undenatured type 2 collagen is good for supplementation.

Something like BPC-157 might be your best bet.

EvoMuse BMP should help with bone and nerve repair I believe. Cissus I think can help repair tendons and ligaments.

Does anyone know if the nasal spray BPC-157 is effective?

it probably is, but the dosing seems messy. 50mcg per spray means 6 sprays to get 300mcg. and I would guess liquid in your nose wise you probably wouldn't do more than 2 sprays per nostril at a time. so I think you'd be doing sprays 2-3 times a day for optimal results

Man...I guess there's no other effective way to get BPC into your system without injecting :( I was checking out Wolverine Nasal Spray and it's most potent version is 30mL Ultra (90 days) but it's $199. That's pretty steep.

subq injections with 31g needles is basically nothing. also doing injections local to the problem is really the best part of bpc-157. tb-500 works better systemically (at least when injected lol) so maybe tb-500 nasal spray would be better than bpc-157. though I wonder if the 157 nasal spray will have extra effects on the brain and head area

I’ve read the TB-500 isn’t effective oral or nasal because it’s molecule size is over 500 daltons? I want some non injectable BPC-157 also .. its hard to find who’s products are the most legit

I understand some hesitation to needles, but when we are talking about the alternative being really bad pain ... I really don't understand being so timid. and it's not like it's something you're gonna regret unless you relapse on heroin because of it

Where do you inject it?

The wrist is basically all bone? Would you do it further up the forearm looking for some fat? I don't know how, I've never injected myself.

I will definitely look at it after my rehab for surgery.

Thank you all

I wish there was a place where they could teach you how to safely inject (without applying to a nursing program). I don't think they offer anything in my neck of the woods.
