I've been thinking of taking a 8 week cycle of Ostarine and an test booster with it. I was going to also take erase with it starting week 5. But my question is, is Ostarine really work it? I have a pretty decent diet. I weight 195 and eat about 3500-4500 calories a day. I might also stack a new product called anafuse with it. But with the Ostarine what kind of strength and size gains should I see?

What are your goals? I assume bulking judging from your cal intake. I personally would run osterine by itself to see how your body reacts. Anafuse and a test booster might be too much all at once imo. If you ran them already and know the effects thats a different story.

yea I'm trying to get to 210 by August of this year for football haha. But I've heard anafuse packs a big punch in putting on good size since it increases protein synthesis. And if I stack it with osta that should help so I've heard. I currently bench 285 for RPM trying to get that too 300-315 and squat 405 trying to get that too 450-460
 
Olympus Labs Ostar1ne is 5mg caps-240 per bottle. Allows for flexible dosing. 8 weeks worth if you keep it at 20. I would personally save the test booster for your pct.
 
Bro i would definitely keep eating big and working hard. Also get alot of rest bro, thats how your going to grow, especially with that type of training. Also im sure you already kno, but get a creatine on deck if you dont already use.

Idk bout the osterine, ive heard about people gaining 5-10 lbs on it, but idk for sure. It hasnt been around that long and i dont personally know anyone who uses or used it. All the people i know who take anabolics, and i know alot, keep telling me they havent heard of it... So idk. I think you could put that weight on with no help, just purely rest, eating big and training hard. It might not all be soldi muscle, but as far as football, you want mass.

Here's a link to ostashred by hard rock supplements at Strong Supplement shop if you want to read up on it. So far the two loggers we have logging it right now are enjoying it.
 
If you're bulking I would definitely look into Ostar1ne as DMA mentioned. Save test booster (I like Alphamax) plus other natural anabolics (EP1C, Dermastrength, x-gels, etc.) for PCT.

so I need to take a pct if I take it?? I heard that it you just take a e blocker you'll be fine because it's not a Ph and has a very low estrogen conversion rate

Ooo ok. Def try to eat more whole foods too bro. Steaks, potatos- white and sweet, rice, chicken, oats, eggs, fish etc. The diet is the biggest part of your success. Keep it clean and eat big!

Ive heard osta does shut you down and needs a pct. Thats why these guys are saying to save the test boosters for after

The hope was that through their selective nature they wouldn't cause significant suppression. However, clinical studies showed suppression at doses as low as 3mg. With this in mind I typically recommend playing it safe and using a low dose SERM for any Osta cycle 6+ weeks at 20+mg. Opinions will vary on this, but those are mine.

Osta is a SARM selective androgen receptor modulator. Its like the grey area between steroids and supps. There are other threads on here that explain it better, plus im sure someone will chime in soon to explain it in depth lol. I would def do some deep research into this. As ive said i know people who have been doing anabolics for years and have never heard of this stuff. Not to say its bad, but its still reletively new and not studied as much. Def make sure all your ducks are in a row before jumping into it bro.

hahah yea that's why I wanted to know before I put it in my body.

This was the stack I was going to take by wanted to know more about the individual products before I took them. I know what DAA is. But the other to I need some light on

There's some very informative threads on Ostarine in the anabolic section. Definitely give them a look over before you start.

SARMS liek osta is helpful. but do a PCT after the run
