Ostarine PCT please help

Hi

I am 18 y.o. and I ran ostarine for 20days and it has been three months since I stopped taking it, but I have still not fully recovered, and it got worse in recend days cause I'm getting more and more stressed. I ran 600mg nolvadex, it helped but i dont think it was enough...I have already arranged a meeting with a doctor , we will only meet on the 10th of November..I am planning to do a 120-90-60-30 toremifene citrate PCT , what do you think? BTW I have already been to a doctor but he said i would be okay...
 
How did you split the nolva?
Did you run anything else with it during your PCT?
When you say not fully recovered, what exactly is wrong? ED, libido etc?

This is exactly the reason why so many people on here say to stay away from this stuff at such a young age.
 
I wanted to take 20mg/day, but It wasnt really convincing, so I upped the dosage to 40mg/day which was great but I ran out of nolva quickly..
Two main problems:sperm count and loss of libido, ( impotence seems to be okay)
I did not run anything during PCT just nolva.
 
I know I messed up but everybody who looks great is on something.I thought Ostarine has no side effects, but it turns out in terms of side effects it is similar to steroids which I wanted to avoid...basically ostarine is not worth anything.

Get blood work done. I doubt you would have been all that suppressed from 3 weeks at that dosage. Im quite surprised your doctor didn't recommend it.

Also pull your head in and don't go using drugs just because everyone else who looks good does (apparently).
 
My panel doctor sent to this androgen specialist who I am visiting in November.I wont get blood work done for a while since they seem to be uninterested until they dont get paid....The specialist will cost a fortune but I have no other choice.A proper PCT (until a I meet him)with Torem is okay? At least i will (probably) feel better for a while.I am really depressed these days, so I need something which boosts my confidence and everything down there.
 
You ran 60mg of nolva not 600mg right?

Get bloodwork.

I ran 600mg altogether. Thanks for the tip, but I'm from Europe, so I am looking for a local labor , and the search seems to be successful. But what shall I do with the results? I dont know the ranges.
 
The ranges should be next to your blood results which you will post here. Torem dose is fine but you should do bloodtests before taking another drug or you may end up worse. Maybe nolva was bunk maybe torem is bunk too, you should be careful with that stuff.
 
Hey man. First, dont worry too much, you are young and you will recover, just give it some time, dont stress yourself! You ran Osta for 20 days only? At what dose? And PCT Nolva two weeks at 40mg? Im no doctor but I would just chill for a while, do the hormone lab test, or wait until you see a doctor that can take the tests.
Continue to lift heavy, eat a lot of food, be consistent and have patience, and you will get big as "those other guys" soon enough!

Sorry, but I'm having a hard time understanding what is wrong. How do you know you are not fully recovered without blood work?. You can't just go by feel. It's been 3 months and you did run Nolva, you say. How do you know sperm count is low, and why are you concerned with that?. Are you trying to have a kid?. Low libido could be anything. I'd wait till to you see your doctor again and get fully evaluated. This is a perfect example as to why people your age should be running anabolics.
 
Yea, you're seeing a doctor. Relax. If you screwed up your hormones, you screwed up your hormones. You should have known the risk going in. Not trying to be harsh, but if you're already in with a doctor, you'll get it squared away. No reason to play around on your own anymore.
 
Yes I ran Osta for 20days (16days: for 12.5mg/day, last 4 days: 25mg). Then I ran Nolva for approximately 20days.
BTW in the last two days I increased fat and and carb intake (loaded for a foot-race), and I feel a lot better. The reason behind my symptoms might be the low-carb and low fat diet.....I have a really slow metabolism, getting the last 2 abs shredded lasts for ages, actually I ate only 60g carb, 250g protein, 0 g fat / day on the weekdays this week.

I feel like 3 weeks at half the recommended dosage of ostarine probably wouldn't mess you up as badly as you feel it has. I really wouldn't worry about it.
That's really low carbs so that's probably a big reason you haven't been feeling 100%.

Taking into next to no fat (and low carb) and wonders why experiencing lack of libido etc...

Heres the best piece of advice you will get OP, go into the nutrition section and learn the basics. and drugs are bad mmmkay.

I can't imagine putting myself through that. Fats are ESSENTIAL.
 
Maybe he is trying to kill himself.. just read and understand the nutrition section as advised above before you hurt yourself. Then apply what you have learnt to your diet and dont bother again with anabolics.

PS. Fats, healthy fats, are good. Fats are essential for you to live. Fats, healthy fats, wont make you fat.

By healthy fats i hope you are referring to everything other than industrial trans fats.
 
Thanks for the enlightenment, I ate 400g almonds and other collateral fats in the last two days, and I feel much better. I think Im gonna be okay, and I'd like to correct myself: Ostarine is not that bad, it might the best option for cutting if someone's not a competitor, but not for me, at least for a while. BTW you all know steroids by experiment? If so, arent you afraid of their side effects?

By experiment? If you are asking if we just treat our bodies like lab rats, then of course not. We research the hell out of compounds BEFORE we put them into our body. With any steroid or prohormone, there will be some degree of "experimentation" because certain people can react differently to certain compounds. But it's never just a shot in the dark. You do your homework then ask any outstanding questions you have in the AM forum. Tons of knowledge in here.

Not that i condone or recommend the use anything in this area for you, but generally a "prudent" person would have researched the in's and outs of what the are using and the risk vs reward (effects vs side effects) and form their own view whether its worthwhile. Being scared of something occurring (side effects) generally means the person isn't educated enough on what they are doing.

I second this.
Also when you research the compounds you're considering using, you learn of the side effects AND how to keep those from happening or how to counter them if they pop up.
 
I was told it has no side effects , that's why it's a Selective Androgen bla bla bla......I thought if it's legal to buy then it cant be so harmful.

If i told you jumping off a building wont cause you any harm would you believe me and go do it? All falls back to having some common sense and actually understanding what you are doing.

You made the mistake, you learned from it, you will be smarter next time.

Maybe....Depends if he gets a hold of some M1T or Alpha One. It's sold OTC so it should be safe to take right?.

I have used osta with no sides and no pct, you are making yourself paranoid and your imagination is getting the best of you. Dont worry you will be fine.

You are not a very smart person, sorry but using your sickentness of not doing a pct is not a reflection of reality nor is it useful information to anybody reading it.
