Ostarine for christmas!

Thanks man. Yea, I think it has made all the difference for me. Id actually like to try running two bottles of it at a higher dose for the last 6 of an 8 week osta cycle. I bet that would give a nice libido boost while making gains.
 
Day 38

Chest is a little sore today, but triceps are very sore. Weighed in at 185.0, which is one of my lowest weigh ins lately, but I'm not sweating it. I've read that when u get to the lower reps when periodizing you can lose size and weight while gaining strength, so I was kind of expecting it. Just jumped on creatine and beta alanine today, so hoping to see plenty more PRs in the coming weeks. Really have my heart set on benching 225 and squating 315 (which were my original goals anyways).

Workout: abs

Don't even know what most of the exercises are called, so I'll skip posting them today. Either way, abs are feeling worn out
 
Day 39

Abs and hip flexors are terribly sore today. And the air is freezing cold today, so I felt no motivation to workout. Still TRIED to hit it hard, but had a pretty crappy workout.

Workout: shoulders

Overhead DB press: tried 75s, but couldn't lift more than twice, so I went with 70s for 6, then 65s for 6

Lateral raises: 30s x 8, 30s x 7, 30s x 5

Lateral cable raises: 2.5 plates x 7 (spotter assisted for 3 more reps)

Reverse flys: 30s x 8, 30s x 7 (drop set with 20s x 7 more reps)

Pretty ****ty workout today. almost felt like I was in PCT or something. But I've had some great workouts lately, so 1 bad one isn't ruining my day. Hoping my abs/ hip flexors will be stable enough to do squats tomorrow because I'm looking forward to setting a PR
 
Pistol I switched up work outs this run with Osta and did Brock Lesnar workout... None of the grappling stuff, but definelty put on some size with his format. Simple and legs twice a week. It's good sh!t. Just a option to check out.


Where can a find this Brock workout. I am interested..thank you..SJSJ
 
Day 40

Abs and hip flexors are still terribly sore, but I went to the gym and warmed up for squats and they didn't seem to bother me. The weights were feeling really heavy for some reason. did some reps with 225 and the bar was diggin into me. Went to 275 to try to get 5, and got stuck on the 2nd rep. Had the safety bars set up, so no big deal.
Totally pissed off that I couldn't rep it out. Really wanna max out at 315, so this isn't looking good. Have had a sore throat for the last 2 days, so I hope I'm not getting sick. Felt weak as a kitten today, and I'm pretty upset.
My boy at the gym thinks I might be overtraining, and I think that's quite possible. Since I dropped reps to 3-5, I've been lifting heavier than ever, and I think it finally caught up with me. Probably should reduce the amount of sets. Either way, I'm taking the next 2 days off, and we'll see what happens.
 
maybe cut out some of your accessory work for a couple days and just stick to your compound moves until you get to feeling better?

Day 44

Took 3 days off to recover fully from overtraining. Feeling much better and anxious to get back in the gym. Decided to take Bodock's advice and cut out some of the isolation movements, so I can still train hard on compounds.

Workout: Chest/ Triceps

Flat bench: 195 x 3 (personal record), 200 x 3 (personal record), 200 x 2, 145 x 10

Incline DB Bench: 70s x 8, 70s x 6, 70s x 6

Close Grip Push Ups: x 8, x 7, x 7

Overhead cable tricep extensions?: 10 plates x 6, 9 plates x 7, 9 plates x 6 (drop set with 6 plates x 6 more reps)

Put up some great numbers today. Awesome to be back in the gym

Update: had a company party last night and got drunk. One of my boys play tackled me and jacked my knee up. I was worried I tore my ACL or something. I googled it, and its prolly not that, so hopefully it will heal in the next few days. Was stranded without a ride home, so missed my first dose in 40+ days. Really pissed about the whole thing. No booze for a while...
 
Update: knee feels way better already. Maybe the osta is helping me heal? I couldn't walk yesterday morning, and now I'm walking fine. Still not perfect yet, but I'm sure I will be in a couple days. Blessed...
 
Day 46

Forgot to post my workout yesterday. Tried to avoid any exercises that bothered my knee.

Workout: back/biceps

T bar rows: 70 x 6, 80 x 5, 80 x 4

DB rows: 65s x 9, 65s x 8, 65s x 8

Lat pulldowns: 14 plates x 6, 13 x 7, 13 x 6

Chin ups: x 8 (shoulders started hurting so I stopped)

Concentration curls: 35 x 8, 35 x 6, 35 x 6 (drop set with 25 x 6 more reps)

Workout went pretty well. Ran out of time, so I didn't get to really burn out my biceps
 
Ran out of triazole and switched to PES Erase and SNS DAA. Forgot to post my workout again. Better late than never.

Day 47

Workout: shoulders

Overhead press: 70s x 7, 70s x 6, 70s x 5

Lateral raises: 25s x 8, 25s x 8, 25s x 7

Reverse flys: 25s x 10, 25s x 9, 25s x 7


Shoulders were aching pretty bad during lateral raises. Then had the next two days off, so hoping for zero pain by the weekend
 
Day 50 - first day of week 8

Slept like **** last night, and weighed in at 185.0 today which is the lowest in weeks. I've been weighing in at like 187 when I get to work, but oh well. Decided to try maxing out on my bench today... really had my heart set on 225.

95- 8 reps

135- 5 reps

185- 2 reps

205- 1 rep

225....

.....

.....


.....

1 REP!!!! Locked it out! It took me like 10 seconds to lift it cause I was fighting it so hard, but I pulled it off. I'm so f*cking stoked!

My bench has gone up at least 30lbs since I started bulking. I started off at 173lbs in late november, and failed to bench 200 1 time... now I'm 185lbs on a bad day and can put up 225! Get yourself some ostarine dammit.

My knee is feeling really good, but I'm going to wait a few more days before I try maxing out on squat. I might not even do it if I feel unstable. Either way, I feel like a million bucks right now. 315... I'll see you in a couple years
 
Day 52- only like 1 day of osta left in the bottle


Still on a high from benching 225. Wanted to squat max today, but didn't know how the knee would do. The most weight I've ever done is 275 for a couple reps, so I thought my max would be about 300 when I started.

Started warming up, felt good.
225 felt good.
Went to 285 because I didn't know if I could get 315, so I still wanted a new PR.
285 was heavy, but it went right up.
315 felt super heavy, started going down, and it felt so heavy that I went down too fast, and went super deep. Started going back up, and got about 1/3 the way up, and my balance went forward and I went down. Had the safety bars, so no biggie. Kinda pissed, cause I knew I could have gotten it if I didn't go forward. At least my knee felt fine.

To make myself feel better, I broke out my measuring tape to check my progress from my bulk. Here's the results:

Before (173 lbs, 12%bf):

Right arm (non flexed): 12.25"
Right arm (flexed): 13 3/8"
Right thigh (non flexed): 22"
Right calf (non flexed): 14.75
Torso (measured across nipples around chest and arms): 47.25" exhaled
Bench max: sub 200


After (186 Lbs, 14%bf):
Right arm (non flexed): 12.75"
Right arm (flexed): 14"
Right thigh (non flexed): 23"
Right Calf (non flexed): 15"
Torso (exhaled): 49"
Bench max: 225

Well, everything increased. Bench strength went up a lot, which is great. Feel pretty good about everything so far. I really wish I would have locked out that 315 on the squat tho.

I don't see a dramatic difference in the pics, but I really feel fuller in my shoulders and biceps. Seeing these pics makes me think I might be a little lower than 14% bf... idk
 
Yeah, I don't think you put on 2% BF. I would say that you started and finished around 12% so 13lbs of lean mass is a great result.

Yea, thanks man. Hoping to put on another 5+ pounds of muscle before I start cutting in april.
