Ostarine cycle and log

So I got my Ostarine in today from sarmsource. I haven't read many reviews at all from this company, so I wanted to give it a shot and share my experience. The customer service people were very responsive and friendly, and the product came in very fast. Legit packaging and glass bottle, with a dropper that has measurements on it. My body fat is relatively low, but I plan to run this as an 8 week recomp:

20/20/20/20/25/25/25/25

With a 4 week pct using nolva (lower dose than I would a non-sarm cycle):

10/10/5/5

I tasted the dropper and it tastes like hot, sweaty ass. That's the first test I use to see if it's bunk. Taste checks out.

Other supplements (not too many support supplements since I'm expecting none, or very weak side effects):

BCAA
Glutamine
Creatine
Vitamins

My big lifts right now are:

Bench - 355 max
Squat - 425 max
Deadlift - 480 max

I'm gonna start the cycle keeping my macros where they're at and re-evaluate each week whether to increase or decrease.

Any advice or input?

Im about to start up Ostarine soon as well. Is this your first time using MK2866 as well?

what time are you going to dose?
I like taking everything in the am, just in case I experience side effects, so it won't affect my sleep. I like first thing in the morning, so I'll be taking my doses once a day at 4:30am

Yeah man. First time taking mk-2866 and excited to see what it could do. What are you looking to accomplish? Bulk, cut, recomp? You increasing, maintaining or decreasing calories at all? Good luck!

I take sh1tloads of AAS, train my azz off, dieting until fainting -and don't look as near as good.

At what age did you start training? 3 ?

Haha come on dude, you're huge. And you're gonna give me a big head. I gotta drop some more fat for the summer and then work on bulking up in a couple months

The only thing I'm stuck on is what to do with my calories. I've been eating at maintenance and getting stronger, but have just recently hit that wall where I'm stuck. It's not like I'm bulking right now, so I'm okay if I'm not getting any huge strength gains, but now I have the Osta and wanna make the most out of it. I know the Mk-2866 is perfect for cutting calories and keeping muscle, so I'm trying to figure out if I should stay at maintenance for the recomp or just cut my calories and increase if the scale starts dropping too much. I do love to eat though haha so cutting calories blows. What do you think? I know you've only been on for a week, but any input is really helpful.

Hey mate, I suppose recomposition would be in the cards, Trying to get it all. I am skinny fat, 5'8 @155lb. Trying to have supercharged healing, and gain about 4-5lb of muscle. I Will be eating as clean as I can meal prepping getting about 180 grams of protein per day at about 1850-2000 calories.

I use APS Isomorph protein, Green Vibrance for a vitamin (look it up, I Swear you'll love the profile) And will be taking CEL Cycle Assist (once they said helps manage break outs on the bottle, they sold me) and Im currently taking their M-Test Product.

Starting at max dose of Liquid Ostarine, It knocked me on my ass, I found starting at 10mg and upping it 5mg each day was a lot better. Get yourself an AI my friend. I was estrogen sensitive, and for some reason my estrogen went to 60.3, four weeks in!

Thanks for the input! M-test and reduce Ct are my go to's in PCT. I'm not estrogen sensitive, and have never had any issues before, but I have an AI on hand in case I need it.

I also have liquid osta. I'm dosing it at what I've seen is ideal for a recomp...20mg for 4 weeks, 25mg for 4 weeks, then a 4 week mini-PCT with nolva at 2 weeks 10mg and 2 weeks 5mg. Are you gonna PCT with a SERM? Good luck and keep me updated on your progress!

This protocol looks really good to me, I am on the fence between a 6 or 8 week cycle, I think by 8 ill be shut down for sure. Ill be running clomid in place of Nolva in my case, As for PCT, I am actually thinking I will be using OL Super PCT. The 75mg of Arimistane has me worried, as 50mg dries me out pretty good...or bad depending on how you look at it.

But, I think I too will be running the 20mg @ 4 weeks, and 25mg the final 4. This looks good. I actually want to throw in MK-677 @ 12.5mg too for some added GH. Ill be watching this thread though for sure!

Figured I'd ask, is the Nolva over Clomid personal preference, or have you ran both? What was your experience with both if you did?

For me it's personal preference. I like that the nolva dosage is lower than the clomid. I've never had any issues with nolva so I've never even tried clomid. To each his own

I prefer Nolva because Clomid makes me cry at weddings... on movies....

Hey your protocol looks fine,I would suggest just keep your calories as is (since it seems like your on the fence lol) that just let the osta do its thing.After about two weeks adjust your calories to if your not satisfied

So today was day 3. I've been trying to figure out how to describe these taste and think it tastes like a combo of alcohol and cough syrup. I ended up taking my first dose on Saturday before I did legs. Today was chest day and I had an awesome workout. It's way too early to be from the Osta, but I had a lot of energy and hit all my reps and weight that I was going for. Also decided yesterday, after a huge cheat meal Saturday night, to cut 300 calories. So I'll be going this week -300 and re-evaluate on the weekend. My goal to slim down my waist and keep the scale same...so we shall see how it goes

Right now, as of today, it's between 2500-2600. I give myself a 100 calorie window to reach my protein intake
I was right about there on my last osta cycle and it worked out great for me.

That's good to hear! I've been maintaining 194 pounds for the past couple months at 2800-2900 calories a day. I've kept all my muscle and have been gaining strength. This is my first go at osta, so I'm just gonna go off of what I've read and play around with my calories as time goes on. My diet is very clean, so sometimes getting all those calories is rough (I eat alottttt, but just very clean foods). I shouldn't have a problem cutting 300/day. I've also moved to an area where I can walk/ride my bike everywhere. So I'll be burning extra calories walking/biking to the gym, work and pretty much everywhere from now on.

You're finding it rough to get in 2800 cals? Can we swap appetites please?

Hahah some days it's rough and some days I'm ravenous
I know what ya mean I'm ravenous most days but it is a bit rough sometimes when you're feeling a bit off to get the cals in tho if I'm having a day like that I let my diet get a bit dirty to hit my macros. Im down to 1800 cals atm I just wish I could eat 2800.

That's the way to do it man. When I bulk I can never do a clean bulk. For one, that's way too much food and I'm always bloated. And two, like dom mazzetti says, it's like watching porn and not jerking off

So today was day 5 and arm day. I still think it's too early to give credit to the osta, but I've had more energy so far this week than the past two weeks, and today I had some seriously skin splitting pumps. I should also note that for the past 3 days I've been eating 300 calories less than normal and strength has continued to go up or stay the same, while energy levels are up. I'm looking to add another 5 pounds to my deadlift tomorrow. My goal is to hit 500 during this cycle. I'm pretty close already, so it shouldn't be an issue

People do report that ostarine gives them gnarly pumps. I wouldn't discount it.

Pumps on osta are amazing, they last all day too.

I honestly have never had this issue even with anabolics. I've had some shedding with some harsher stuff, but nizoral and regenepure help with that. Sometimes when I'm coming off and my hormones are fluctuating a bit illl get some pimples here and there, but washing my face twice a day and controlling my estrogen fixes that issue for me. Also zapzit seriously takes care of pimples in like a day for me. Walmart and a lot of grocery stores sell it

And actually increasing my carbs seems to help too for some reason. Possibly some science behind that? I dunno. If so, I still discovered it independently myself without knowing it haha

Can't help you atm, but this is my next cycle exactly. Im going to run a cycle assist from CEL along with it to control BP and Breakouts. I have an AI for estrogen this time, as I did somehow run into estrogen issues on Ostarine.

If it were me, I'd go with the competitive edge labs product. They make solid stuff and m-test is a staple for me during PCT
