Osta Rx/Liquid S4 log

So this past Friday and Saturday I killed it with cardio and sunday I did some heavy back. I felt awesome with the exception that I started feeling sick over the weekend (thought it was allergies). Yesterday started week 4 and I didn't start it on a good note, I was pretty sick with some kind of head cold also got headaches and felt slightly dizzy a majority of the day so there was no way I could hit the gym like that. Today I'm definitely feeling better but I need to recover so I wont hit the gym tonight either which really sucks because I'm going to be busy this weekend. Last week everything was going awesome I could feel the osta and S4 was definitely full on at this point. Since being sick I decided I'll take the normal dose of osta to keep it in me but I'll skip the S4, I feel it will be better used on my next workout day. I'm hoping this cold will pass quick so I can get back at it before week 5 starts.

Lol it's tough man, you want to get the most out of the cycle and it is nice to throw up some weight when you are feeling beast. It's all good though it is just a friendly reminder to keep it lighter weights, more sets and more reps.

There's nothing wrong with that. Chase that pump bro. I love my high rep days, it seems like I grow even more from them.

That's brutal but I like it. You're getting a lot of TUT and its gonna cause a lot of metabolic stress so u burn a lot of calories.
 
Nothing wrong with a little rest and I love the fourth week of that stack it all seems to catch up and you can really start to see the gains and are you going to run a pct after your run?

btw I'm 6 days into lgd and it's definitely unlike the other sarms, in a good way.

I definitely plan on running a pct I just haven't decided what I'm doing yet. I have clomid but still up in the air as to whether or not that will be necessary. I also have a bottle of erase, a bottle of IML's ultra male, daa and even some left over HCgenerate that I can throw in the mix.
 
That's good both my runs I used erase and titanium as my pct and seemed to recover just fine even had bloods done that showed I was fine after my second run, I also use some LCLT to keep receptors fresh. The Hcgenerate would definitely be a good addition to the pct as well.

Had a light leg workout and some cardio yesterday, felt pretty good and made sure I didn't push it to hard so I can recover. Hopefully I can get a light upper body workout in tonight since I won't be able to hit the gym again until Sunday. I decided to save that program I mentioned in the other post for next week figuring I'll be good and rested for it. Any particular product you would recommend with LCLT? I usually don't bother with l-carnatine figuring I eat enough red meat that I shouldn't need to supplement it lol.

Yea I bought bulk as well I got AI sports nutrition it's like 300 servings and I'm still on my first tub. Have any of you tried Propionyl-L-Carnitine?

Just looked it up and NP has a decent price for 100g. How do you dose just 1g AM and the other PM?
 
Ha yea it does If i'm in a hurry I just dump a scoop in my mouth or I will put it with my amino's and drink it throughout the day

I'm a big fan of both beta alanine and COP. I use both regularly. My favorite natty stack is TCF-1 (the only DAA that seems to work for me) COP, beta alanine, creatine and 6 bromo. I can actually make lean gains on this stack abiet very slowly.

I used to use beta alanine on the regular and stopped a while back for some reason. Just about everyone on this forum has told me to use COP so I'm curious to see how that works.

Same here. I'm trying to maximize natty gains for the next 5 months til I cycle again. I swear these last 2 months I've made some of the best body composition changes I've made in years.

I like that stack bro. Bulk powders r just dope, u can customize your own stack however u want and whatever doses. Lets get deez gains!!!

If I could change anything about it, I would probably up the S4 to 40-50mg ED, and maybe run for 8 instead of 6 weeks. I didn't realize the onset of the full effects of osta would continue into week 4, so now I only have 2 weeks left to make the best of it.

S4 at 50mg is great bro. I couldn't b more pleased with the leaning out and vascularity, strength and endurance from it. I think I'm starting to gain slightly too. Continue to kill it bro, I'm definitely extending my run and upping the dose.

I'm a full week into Lgd and bumping up the dosage tonight I can't weight to kill some delts tonight!

3 caps = 20mg of osta, so at 2 caps a day I'm actually at ~13.6mg. How is the LGD going anyway, what have you noticed up to this point in terms of strength, recovery, stamina, leaning effects, mood, etc.?
 
I'm taking .1 ml right now I think I might get to .3 by the end of the run. As for effects it definitely works faster then the other sarms but I haven't seen any huge gains yet, however I noticed that I'm getting much better reps and seem to have better endurance through out the workout. My appetite has increased but I am eating a lot stricter so I am actually getting much leaner also the Albuterol is helping with that a lot i'll be done with that next Tuesday so I will be able to better judge fat loss after that. As for mood I feel great all day and when I'm in the gym I feel more intense or as some would say "alpha" I never really felt this way on any other sarm's so this is new for me and I have to say I F****** love it! Doms and recovery are getting better for example I murdered my back the other day and it seems like I am almost fully recovered. Next week is the week I am supposed to start really noticing it so I can't wait for that.

I'm logging it personally in a note book I'm almost done with classes so I will probably throw it up next week or something.

And yea it should last for awhile, I see some people running LGD with the other sarms so I might have some left over to try that later on down the line

Its going pretty good. I know we're all busting ass. I'm started to get moody though idk why. Just irritated most of the day even though I don't show it.

If your pushing yourself you might just need rest, the week after I did my heavy leg lifts I felt moody as well until I got a good sleep.

I'll probably take 15mg of S4 today and tomorrow instead of the full 30mg. I figure there is no sense in using a full dose if I'm not hitting the gym but I want to keep it in my system for recovery purposes.

That's fur sure. My cardio days drain me too cuz my carbs r so low, but I'll b full of energy 2day after I do legs and cheat. I'm gonna gorge myself with food lolol.
 
Today begins week 5 of the cycle. This weekend I was on vaca so I only took 15mg of S4 on saturday and sunday just to keep it in the system since I wasn't doing much. We did go on a little hike on sunday so I sort of got some cardio in, I was sweating like a pig anyway lol. Anyways hoping to push myself a bit these last 2 weeks before the 4th of July comes up. I may fudge the dosing a bit to finish up the cycle on the 4th itself. After that I will start my PCT and figure out if i want to use clomid or not. Before i start the PCT I will post final pics as well as all the workouts i have done from beginning to end of the cycle and my food log. Hopefully this way I can get a better idea of what I did right and where I messed up.

I plan to lol. I have enough of everything to run the osta at 20mg and the S4 at 50mg per for the next 10 days so i should be good to finish this by the 4th. I figure It'll be better this way because finishing this stuff on that weekend will be a waste if I'm just hanging out. So at the moment that is the plan starting today. I will also start dosing my 3g DAA for PCT.
