So this past Friday and Saturday I killed it with cardio and sunday I did some heavy back. I felt awesome with the exception that I started feeling sick over the weekend (thought it was allergies). Yesterday started week 4 and I didn't start it on a good note, I was pretty sick with some kind of head cold also got headaches and felt slightly dizzy a majority of the day so there was no way I could hit the gym like that. Today I'm definitely feeling better but I need to recover so I wont hit the gym tonight either which really sucks because I'm going to be busy this weekend. Last week everything was going awesome I could feel the osta and S4 was definitely full on at this point. Since being sick I decided I'll take the normal dose of osta to keep it in me but I'll skip the S4, I feel it will be better used on my next workout day. I'm hoping this cold will pass quick so I can get back at it before week 5 starts.
