order still processing?

Ordered on friday night after business hours order #175970. It is still processing as of 5:15pm today. So obviously not shipping today!? I look now and one of the products i ordered is out of stock but said it was in stock when i placed my order. Could this be the snag? If so i think some sort of email wouldve been in order to notify me of the delay. Usually i order and same or next day it ships. Need my BCAA's guys haha. I will be out tomorrow and if it shipped today wouldve been here wednesday without a hitch.

Appreciate it guys. I emailed CS and they said it should ship today and yet it didnt. No bueno fellas, i guess they need some extra help and cant handle the heat of the sale? I know theyre doing a good thing by having these sales but theyre also profiting from us some what or else it wouldnt be worth their time. You would hope what we all love so much about NP wouldnt go out the window just because of a sale. Now ill be lucky to get any of my supplies by friday or saturday if even then and as of today the home supply is diminshed! Just a little disappointed is all but I'm not going to let this one incident deter me from future business. Hopefully this wont be an on going thing because i have all my friends in the gym ordering from you guys now and dont want to look bad!
 
Well it shipped partial today which is good since what im out of is in that part. The titanium is out of stock so i guess thats what was holding it up! Hopefully its not out of stock for too long i was really wanting to stack it with my formadrol for my natadrol PCT.

Reps any ETA on this mystical TITANIUM??? Thanks.
 
hey i am having the same problem but if the titatium is out of stock i would just like to be shipped everything else and be refunded for that product

I would email CS directly from the NP website and see if they will do that for you. Yea its an inconvieniece FOR SURE. But in theyre defense i bet they were expecting a shipment that was promised and either never showed or has been delayed for some reason.

The order showed up a few days ago....Thursday maybe...my days run together sometimes......but I never received a confirmation email that it shipped or anything. I just happened to look it up that morning and see it was at my local post office and it came later that day.

I am sorry to hear that you didnt receive the email. Fortunately, that is a rarity

Must have been blocked by your email server/filtered into spam. It's all automated on NutraPlanet's end. Make sure you have [email protected] in your whitelist/safe senders.

Nope. That's the address that sent the "processing" email, and I got that one. There's nothing from nutraplanet in the spam box at all.

It was just one of those things I guess. No biggie.
