Order "Pending"?

I have seen "Processing" and "Shipped" before but never Pending and now one of my orders is "Pending". What does this mean?. I realize I could just email Nutra about it but since they are closed for today I thought maybe someone on here might help me out with this silly little question I have.

Scivation said they were shipping to NP on Tues....not sure how quick others will. I would think they would be caught up and shipping by the weekend

my order changed from pending to processing in the morning, wonder how long it will be in processing.

I've been in "processing" status since monday now. No response to any emails I've sent.
