I placed an order and didn't receive a confirmation email or any actual product in the mail. I left emails through the website and through an old reply from an October order, and sent Mike Arnold a private message. Not sure what's going on, I mailed the money order.
I would say everything is fine! I placed an order a little over a week ago. It was processed and shipped promptly, arrived a couple days later. Great products and service.I have never had a problem.............. @Mike Arnold everything OK ?
Let's re-examine things for a second here. First of all, MA Research was never "having issues". Secondly, we DON'T Rip people off! The individual in question (in this thread) sent a money order that we never received. Unfortunately, the post office is not always perfect...and often, it is isn't even the USPS's fault. Sometimes, the customer themselves is the one that makes a mistake (i.e. writing down an improper mailing address, for example).MA research still having issue's or has everything been resolved?? I was going to place an order for GW501516, but I don't wanna get ripped off. . . .

The good news is that lost money orders are easily replaced. Every money order comes with a tab that the buyer is SUPPOSED TO KEEP, so that if the money order gets lost, stolen, damaged, etc., the money is replaced.
Regardless, a lost piece of mail has nothing to do with us. The reality is that the USPS sometimes loses or misplaces mail. Therefore, if a money order is lost, the sender must either be prepared to keep the stub...or rather, use an e-check like 99% of our customers, which is not only easier, but faster, safer, and more reliable. ANYONE is the world who has a checking account (which is 99% of America) can use an e-check easily and quickly. We have had literally 1,000's of customers use an e-check to pay for their products, none of whom have ever had any issues receiving what they paid for. This is why you will not find a single post from ANYONE...ANYWHERE...saying they got ripped off...ever.
I find it amazing that ONE person can put up a post saying that they haven't received their order yet...and despite a company having a FLAWLESS 3 year track record, some people will STILL respond with comments like "Is MA Research still having issues? I don't want to get ripped off". Amazing! It's not like the member even accused us of wronging him. All he said is that he hasn't received his order yet...and somehow, THAT statement alone qualifies a company as "having issues" to the point that of worrying about "being ripped off"? Mind blown.
Your "constitutional" right? Your "rights" were never in question. It was your thought process I questioned. Most people don't question a company's ethics or accuse them of having "issues", especially when there never were any issues and the company has a flawless, multi-year track record.Bro, I have every right to ask because of my constitutional right. I have a RIGHT to ask big dawg, because you live on Ohio. top-notch.a++ material.
"Constitutional Right"... I'm not sure that's how the Constitution works... but run with that.
Try to look at your post from a company owner's perspective for a second. The LAST thing a company wants is to be falsely publicly accused of having issues, especially when it comes to customers receiving their products. And its even worse when someone casts doubt on a company's ethics to the point of saying they are worried about getting stolen from.I'll ask any darn question I want big guy. Chill out; it wasn't to assinate your character; or smear your trade. I was asking for reassurance which never hurts to ask. Right?
Read my previous post. All companies respond to false accusations regarding their service or when their ethics are unjustly questioned. It's quite common. Look on Amazon...or here. Companies in general...both big & small...pretty much always respond to stuff like that.Hopefully, I hope you understand that becoming defensive over a question is pretty petty and shows your sensitive to personal attacks.
I tried to have an adult conversation with you. I guess it's just not possible with some people.I stand by my desision @MikeArnold. Honestly, I don't give a flip If my question hurt your feelings. If it chapped your backside! Then sue me.
I started the thread..I am not a troll, just a guy playing lifty weights in my basement who sent a money order through a government run agency to a private company and got nothing.
Money order wasn't cashed or returned and it took a while for money gram, post office and ma research to respond to emails during these times of covid. Never bashed MA research or mentioned who else I shopped with.
I gave up when the other rc's arrived.
I have to take the money order receipt to the place it was purchased at to receive my 150$ refund. I'm a quitter. It takes these people way to long to respond. Tried to get a few bottles of tadalafil, mk677 and novi. Bodybuilding dot com was out of stockHuh? I think the other guy 'meathead' was not helping the situation...
So, they never got their money either, so I guess that would make you both even... read your own next statement.
It wasn't cashed or returned...
It was never received then.
But you did get a response didn't you? you just said you did.
What was the response to your emails?
You gave up?
What does that mean?
Did you cancel the money order?
What was it you ordered?

My first MA order was better than expected. U could say it was my only order..so 100% on orders received. I'm gona get my refund just haven't been to that Walmart when the ticket is in my wallet. I deeply care what you think about me also. Refund is like two dollars. That's how that works. Lost in the mail. You take the stub to where you got it for a refund. It would cost you $15.
I am having a hard time believing anything you've written, and you've not responded with what MA wrote in reply. (Flag)
BB dot com doesn't sell that stuff.
Again:
You never stated what the reply to your email was.
Maybe you should go back to BB dot com... say hi from us! Actually don't. BB dot com sucks a*ss.
