Yup, but everyone likes to allocate their calories differently.
Otherswill believe in different methods of what has worked best for them. (Coach's or clients).
Some just like to stick to what works for them (Caloric allotment or method wise) and roll with it
Think Dave Palumbo and Keto (low carbs with heavy cheat meals) or a Chris Aceto (High carb / low fat)
It really always does seem to come down to what works for YOU, I feel. If you can't stick to it, or it's not getting the desired results, it's a moot method for you.
