So this is just your basic Multi-Vitamin?. In other words I would take this as my multi?. Sounds like an idiot question, I know. I just need clarification. Seems good though, when will it be available at Nutraplanet?
 
Will this have the usual rank multi smell, or have we gone out on a limb and made a sweet smelling/tasting multi.....afterall that IS most important ;)

Not your basic multi by any means... it's a multi + joint + digestion + immune formula

tab is the best form for multis.

Can you explain why?

Not to nit pick, but your product looks solid. But before i by anything i want to make sure my body can adsorb it and it won't go in one hole and out the other. I know allot of pills that are pressed get allot of flake for this very reason?

capsules and powders break down too fast and therefore the contents wont be absorbed as well for a multi. vitamins and minerals should mimic food intake as closely as possible for best absorption. food takes an hour or more to leave the stomach and so should a multi, otherwise it wont be maximally absorbed.

I will definately look into trying this out when my current multi's get deplenished.
 
How much R-ALA in there? How much Quercetin? How much grape seed?

I'll be buying this, I am just not sure if I should buy extra grape seed and quercetin.

says 100mg of rala on the supp facts, the others are part of the blend and not revealed.
 
Ah yes it does! My bad.

Need not give me the specs, but would you say I should stop taking my stand alone grape seed (of which I am taking 800mg) and quercetin (Also 800mg).

If I judge by the size of the blend, I imagine more won't harm me, I just worry about quercetin and pro-oxidation.

Even higher doses of those won't "hurt" but Orange TRIAD has you covered. In other words, results will vary, in this case = experiment and keep us updated.

I am never without OT, it is always in my cart at NP, and part of my monthly order
 
I'm taking this now and really loving the product. To be completely honest my stomach and my joints have never felt better.

Two questions, though;

1) How far about should I dose my two servings? I have one with my morning proats around 8 am. Hit the gym around 12:30/1 PM - would dosing with my post workout meal be too close together?

2) My urine has been fluoro yellow while taking the stuff - is this a sign that I'm not absorbing the product well?

I'm glad you're liking the product.

1) Twice per day, with meals. That dosing seems just fine.

2) No. That's just the Riboflavin/Vitamin B2. It's common.

So, just to clarify - my morning dose around 8 AM and another dose post workout around 1:30 / 2 PM is fine? :)
