how long do u need to wait between cycle on orals. i took 50mg of dbol for 8 weeks. how long do i need to wait? Trying to man up with pinnin but not there yet

As a minimum, wait 8 weeks plus you pct length. Start counting once pct ends.

when blood work shows you are recovered. other than that you are guessing. but the above poster gave you what is considered the norm

Time on cycle + PCT = time off until next cycle

I have always followed that rule as well.

how many mg would yall start off with on next cycle. jumping straight to 50 mg ok.
