Hey all i have oral trestolone in10mg tablets x 90,i cannot seem to find any good info on trest i am wondering how long i should be on cycle and what gains i should expect and what dose should i do per day
I cnt make it for you from scratch. Find a log here somewhere that best describes your goal and see if you can emulate that cycle. Find one with the right supports and pct. You should do some more reading then maybe ask us what to alter. What I can tell you is trest preworkout is a waste of cycle.Thank you i respect your opinion,what would you reccommend and why

Lifting and eating is fine,i am also doing my strength and conditioning coach certificate
maybe i should try applying to forearms, behind the knees (dont know the word, 2nd language) and tops of feet as skin is thinner there.
150mg TD+150oral could be interesting.
