Oral BPC, 250mcg for 100 days.

Make it simple on your next vial. Carefully add 2ml of sterile water, instead of 2.5.

In doing so, 1/10th of a 1ml insulin syringe (which is 10 out of 100 units) will equal 250mcg of BPC.

With 2.5ml of water, 10 units will give you 200mcg and 12 units will give you 240mcg.

Yeah this would be easier, I have a stockpile of allergy syringes so they’re marked differently than slin pins and I did think about that.

Oral BPC at 500mcg/day for 21 days healed Tennis and Golfers elbow *for me*. Hard to pin in that area. I also (being a newb dumbass) didn't refrigerate mine. Math says 1ml of BAC, added to 5mg of BPC = 5mg/ml or 500mcg per numbered graduation (.1, .2. etc...). It's a gastric peptide, which is why oral works, *and* it can't be patented. It hasn't been tested in People, but it did work in Rats when given orally in the drinking water. At last check, Suppversity was the best source on all the latest data, but the article is about a year old now, so maybe more has come out? Pinning seems like it would be better, but the stuff worked magic when I swallowed it. As a comparison, before I went the BPC route, I tried *every* supplement that gets bandied about for joints - Cissus, Bromelain, High Dose B5, all the other "Joint" stuff, etc... NADA, 'cuz Tendons ain't joints. YMMV.

I just read yesterday the suppversity article, is BAC water needed or can regular water be used since I’m doing oral?

I would use bac water no matter what. The fact that you are taking it orally means you are less likely to have issues but you are also not using Rx-grade peptides here. There is no way to know the quality of the RC peptides. I guarantee you they weren't produced under strict medical regulations.

Your digestive tract will hopefully kill any pathogens that may be in the powder. Bacteriostatic water should do that prior to introducing it to your body.

I'm not sure on how tap water would interact with BPC-157 but I would be worried about heavy metals and chemicals interacting with the peptide, along with possible pathogens as well.

Bac water is cheap enough to not take the chance..

I did use this first vial with regular water but I’ll use the 2nd once with the BAC, I have been noticing more bowel movements and stomach irritation. Not sure if it’s just a coincidence or not. In your opinion(and others if they choose to weight in) do you think I should ditch the first vial with the idea of these pathogens being introduced into my body?

That's a tough call because I know money is money. I don't want to alarm you and suggest that there are dangerous pathogens in there, just that the possibly is much greater with regular water than it is with bacteriostatic water.

I don't know if new, foreign pathogens might negatively affect your Chron's disease. I'm not too familiar with the disease, other than the very basics.

I might be tempted to continue taking it but I have an iron stomach, thankfully. You could maybe just monitor it in the coming days.

Maybe somebody with more of a medical or pathology background will chime in..

I think I’ll take the safer route and start up a new vial with BAC water, this increase of bowel movement is coming with some other negative internal feelings as of now and it’s not something to play with. I’ll buy another vial if these are legitimate.

Ok so my stomach isn’t feeling messed up with this dosage so I assume those pathogens did effect my stomach. Now let’s see how this goes.

I’ll update whenever I feel like something different is happening. As of now I’m noticing some type of pains but it’s still been a day since I stopped the other vial so I’ll let this vial ride out for a week or so.

So I caught something, maybe that’s been the issue recently. Probably a minor cold but hopefully is stays that way then goes away.

My opinion on the use of regular water (filtered without chlorine) for oral preparation:
The BPC vial should be free of pathogens. Even if it had some, you are ingesting millions per day, without getting sick. Bac water has 0.9% of benzyl alcohol, this kills nothing, it merely hinders bacterial growth. Even if you use tap water with chlorine it should be fine, never thought about the moment BPC hits the hydrochloric acid in your stomach?

That’s a good point but with my crohns I’m not even sure if these daily pathogens do effect me, they may or may not. Maybe they hinder my internal healing or like you said they may just get eaten up by my stomach acid. Without any actual knowledge on how it may effect me I personal would rather take the safer road. Yet I’d also like to know if in the average individual using non BAC water would effect someone negatively any way possible.

Lets see if the BPC has a positive effect on your condition, that's what its about! Very interesting indeed!

I hope so, I believe I have caught a cold which can effect my crohns but my over analyzing mind tells me the pro immune part of the BPC is over powering the anti inflammatory side if even possible this early in the cycle.

So my cold is going away and I just upped the dosage to 500mcg. How do I get air bubbles out of the syringe? I assume it does just by logic but does it take away from the dosing?

Oral = no matter air bubbles. Dosage has not to be exact either. On the way to the stomach some gets lost -or destroyed anyway. Remember that stirring or shaking renders it useless. I would very slowly squirt it in a glass of water, then drink it slowly on an empty stomach.

Ah I was going to ask about it being taken on a empty stomach too. I hope my whole batch is still good, they all unraveled at one point and rolled around. I’ll do it that way next dosage.

So I haven’t been taking my medicine and I’m feeling fine, once I’m on my last vial I’ll be getting more and probably up the dosage.

Everything has been going great, will be getting medicine tomorrow and hopefully both the BPC and my medicine help me heal.

But how will you know which helped?

Well I’ve been taken the medicine for a good while but it’s more of a roller coaster then any actual healing and BPC has been doing magic for my stomach since I’ve been off my medicine for a little bit.

Hello I was wondering if this bpc healed up your stomach. I have uc and have been suffering from a flare for 3 months and am thinking about trying this supplement. I just wanted to know if your symptoms went away after taking this or got better at least?

It exerts a powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-ulcer and mucosa healing effect in the GI tract. May be very beneficial for someone with crohn's and/or UC.

Does it really? I don't have a "disease" but have always had annoying stomach issues my whole life. Wouldn't mind stubbing upon some help like this.
