Opinions on best Natural Test. booster?

Nothing really works in the supplement field..?

I ran 3 supplements with bloodwork during PCT earlier this year (Viron, Letrone & Rebirth)...

718% increase in Total T
193% increase in LH
216% increase in FSH

Bro no offense but your total t levels were like 200 after 30 days of rebirth... And then you tried to blame it on the trest... Honestly td trest was one of the easiest recoveries I've had

Heard tons of great freaking things about AlphaMax. Can't speak from experience as I've never used it but heard great things.

If your older they work, being young they have no effect on me. Tribulus wich is found naturally is proven to raise test levels. Testofen is another ingredient in test boosters, I'm sceptical as to how it works but they are the two main ingredients you will find. So any booster with those two ingredients are what you should look for. The contents are what you should always look for in supps

I know i am little late to respond to this and I'm surprised no else has but trib is proven to NOT work. trib is worthless with lots of data to prove how worthless it is IN HUMANS. Hell even in rats it did not raise test it just increased LH

increasing lh is worthless?

increasing libido is worthless?

Not what im saying. It has showed IN HUMANS to do nothing for increasing T free T as well as any increase in athletic performance in plenty of studies. It is fantastic for libido tho. As for LH that was in rats and whats the point in increasing LH if test doesn't increase with it? Trib definitely has its place tho.

I know. It's amazing in spite of fantastic websites like AM so many people still buy into products which have stacks of scientific data disproving their efficacy. Simple search on pubmed before you buy would save so much money. if you want libido boosts there are better products out there such as maca.

who's talking about tribulus?

so basically...it's all B*S*?

Just lift heavy, eat well, sleep.

Again, you have to look at the situation and reasons for taking natty test boosters in the first place.

Will any of them raise your T levels to a supra-physiological level capable of great mass gains? No, of course not. BUT, in a PCT situation or a situation where someone has low T or lower free T they can be of great use.

They can also be great at increasing libido and mood if that is an issue.

yeah look...i am not after pumping my body with 10X+ external T to get huge....lol..what a joke that is. never mind serious health problems.

But like taking a mulit vit. I would like something that helps me maintain as high natural T levels as possible. That's all.

Libido..is NO problem for me. in fact, it's the opposite.;-)

if pubmed told you there was water in the pool would you jump in without looking 1st? efficacy my arse...i happen to like tribulus for libido, and the man said it was worthless without qualifying what he meant, so i called him out on it.

i have been using tribulus products for years and get offended when people read an article saying tribulus does not raise test then call it worthless...worthless right, the sexual aid industry is a billion dollar industry-call that worthless!!!

i hate pubmed know it alls!!!!

go read a damned study, i like to think for myself!!!

I wasn't saying it was worthless as a product but worthless for test. Its great for libido, mood(this is underestimated aspect of trib. It really does make you feel good) and its a cox inhibitor. I did say it has its place but not for increasing testosterone and free testosterone

I would like to see some human data on trib atulas and more feedback. There isnt any studies that i know of but in rats it showed like 1000% increase and does have some good feedback as well but there is a limited amount.

No idea if this is accurate or not but in some corners of the internet there is talk of the protodioscin in tribulus upregulating 5ar to convert more test to DHT, citing some obscure and possibly questionable research.

If true however, it would go some way to explaining the effects on libido, and the less than stellar effects on measured testosterone. Maybe.

T-Boosters have to be up near the top of yearly supplement sales. I love seeing the pushback in these types of threads :) I've offered to trial the latest and greatest "Booster" after a 90 day washout out period, at maint/cautious bulk caloric intake - comparing to natural progression and PH runs. I'm dead serious too - I would *LOVE* to not take chemicals if this stuff added strength/mass (like the ads imply) - if it works, I'd swallow crow and admit it. But alas, no PMs have arrived in my inbox :)

Ya that's the thing people dont understand. Even if it does raise test it wont be enough to really change the amount of gainz you get.

Gains is a pretty broad term.

I'm almost 37. If a test booster, raises my libido, lowers my refractory time, and gives me an alpha feeling in the gym, I would consider that gains.

it's like trying to explain calculus to jethro bodine!!!

Bro's, the wait is f'n OVER! Cellucor P6X, $170 a month for Sheep Placenta!!!!!! Yesssssss!

God I love making fun of this category.

Last but certainly not least we have P6 Xtreme, the one we expected to be the most expensive. Despite how high we thought the price on P6 Xtreme would be, it is in fact a lot more than we ever imagined. Instead of being double or even triple the amount of P6 Chrome and PM, it is even more expensive than the 45 day supply regular P6, at $169.99 or $152.99 for Gold Card members. When you work that out per serving, Cellucor’s P6 Xtreme will cost you about $5.66 a day.

My friend, as much crap as I dish out on this category - do not sully Ultimate-T by comparing it to this! :) (Plus, they use actual KSM-66TM)

Agreed. I think there could be a legit mental aspect of this, as some of you can attest to. There is no question that some pre's make me feel like its an adrenalin high which increases output in the gym.

Title of this thread was opinions on best natural booster not opinions on best libido booster or mood enhancer! Or am I missing something? Why the need to stretch the definition? if it doesn't increase test then market it for what it is eg libido booster etc

Forgive my naivety but when someone says test booster I take it to mean that ie something that raises free and total test.levels period. I also like to see some hard evidence of this (not just anecdotal claims) Sadly these days you will not find a single blood test backing up claims in 99% of logs on 't boosters'

Well if you want to look at everything in black and white then be my guest. Some of us might look for reasons why they might work well in other people without just dismissing them altogether because your latest pubmed search couldn't find anything.

Not talking pubmed research now. I'm talking of seeing a blood test every now and then instead of just relying on anecdotal claims about t boosters. One or two posters on this site rave about each and every t booster that is released under the sun and sometimes you cant help but wonder how objective they are being and hope for some objective data (once in a while would be nice). My scepticism comes from personal experience as I have tried a number of t boosters and ran blood tests only to be very disappointed with the results. My mood and libido were great but now I know that was largely placebo

BTW all the marketing/hype of t boosters I see claim to be backed by 'solid research' aka pubmed searches lol.
