Not many docs in my area...Androgel seems to be all I can get. Badly need HCG....

There are "clinics" available that will give you testosterone scripts, need it or not, minimal testing and understanding of your actual problem.
They ask big bucks for that priviledge.
Load of testosterone usually work good long enough so they have a time to cash the check.

Best is to find good doctor,
very difficult and (as time passes) you are still on a quick sand not on any solid ground.

Second best is to find a doctor who will write scripts for tests and some medicines. You have to provide most of the know how.

There are no fool proof solutions.
