Operation Hawaii *V-diet + 10/10 log*

Main point. I’m sick of being….”not as fat as the guy next to me" So im finally going to do something about it. Not only do I want to shred the fat from my body, id like to put on a few lbs of muscle as well. I go on a cruise in Hawaii in slightly over 3 months and that is my new goal-line.

The Plan:

2 Weeks Velocity Diet (This may be extended if I do not reach the target weight)
1 Week Transition Recovery
12 Weeks 10/10 Transformation

*This is based of the idea I found in another users log*

Diet:

8 servings 50/50 whey/micellar casein (192g)
4 servings ground flax seed
15 salmon oil caps (off training days only)
4 Benefiber tablets
4 caps Hot Rox Extreme

1385 calories -- 204g protein -- 31g fat -- 44g carb

Salmon pills will be rotated out for a PWO recover drink.

Weight: 185 lbs.

First day was pretty good.

I had a ton of energy, Hot Rox is a real kick in the ass. Was hungry a few times during the day, but nothing extreme. Hardest part was craving of random foods.

Added a workout routine, will be a 3 day split general body workout, done semi light/moderately. Purpose is mostly to prepare my body for the 10/10 lifting session to come, as well as burn calories. Will be roughly the same routine while alternating squats/bench, done as a superset 2x10

Bench Press / Squats
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown
Tricep extensions
shoulder press
Hammer curl
Alternating curls
Lateral raises
Lying leg curls
supermans
Crunchs
 
Today was much tougher than the previous. I dont plan on making daily updates, but just as I see fit, will likely be a mix b/w daily / every other day.

Took my second dose of Hot Rox at 5:30pm yesterday, and it kept me up quite a few hours at night. ...mostly lying there thinking about cheese fries and wings, was not pleasant. So dosing times have been adjusted here.

Feeling pretty drained today though, slight headache. But I must continue on.

Oh, I have...mmm....prolly 3/4 of a bottle of both NO2 Black and CE2... left over from a abandoned cycle, which should last me through one of the 10/10 phases down the road. So id like a good suppliment like this to use durring the 10/10 phase, or part of it, and the PRIME deal is running on nutraplanet. Ive read through most of the replies, but 80% seems to be sponsor hype...

Looking for someone to give me some insight into whether or not i should pick up a double pack of PRIME to use through most of the 10/10 phase, or if i should just stick with the no2 black i have left over for perhaps the last muscle building phase. Dont know enough about either to make an informed decision. Thanks again.
 
Good Luck man! I'm also vacationing in Hawaii in the beginning of May so i'm slowly converting my diet to a cut from a bulk. Its tough, but well worth it!
 
I wish I could put in a solid bulking session, but time does not allow.

This seems like my best option. Id rather be skinny and scrawny for hawaii than rotund and scrawny...

But the 10/10 phase should add a few lbs, and if i can keep the fat down, I might be able to get a few second looks down there.
 
lucky for me i live there so it's not temporary. but if your cruise stops in Oahu, there is a Golds Gym within cab distance to the port
 
Day 4:

Kill me please.

It seems to be getting progressivly harder every day. Yesterday and today seem to be about the same, with perhaps yesterday being slightly more brutal. Its not the hunger thats hurting me, but the cravings+hunger. I LOVE food, and i ate like crazy before this pizza, wings, beer everyday. So this is really starting to take a toll

Still havent been able to get out to the store to get a measuring tape to take some measurments. So im a little disapointed in that.

Energy is still pretty good at most times. With the occasional sense of being super drained. Headaches seem to have disappeared, but I still wake up in the morning feeling like im hungover. ....and pounding that first protien shake before class right as i get up is tough, very tough.

Started drinking Green Tea, seems to help settle my stomach and give me some flavor. Overall this is terrible. But I can do anything for only 2 weeks, right?
