Main point. I’m sick of being….”not as fat as the guy next to me" So im finally going to do something about it. Not only do I want to shred the fat from my body, id like to put on a few lbs of muscle as well. I go on a cruise in Hawaii in slightly over 3 months and that is my new goal-line.
The Plan:
2 Weeks Velocity Diet (This may be extended if I do not reach the target weight)
1 Week Transition Recovery
12 Weeks 10/10 Transformation
*This is based of the idea I found in another users log*
Diet:
8 servings 50/50 whey/micellar casein (192g)
4 servings ground flax seed
15 salmon oil caps (off training days only)
4 Benefiber tablets
4 caps Hot Rox Extreme
1385 calories -- 204g protein -- 31g fat -- 44g carb
Salmon pills will be rotated out for a PWO recover drink.
Starting 2/15/09
Starting Stats:
Weight: 185 lbs.
Measurments will be done tomorrow (hopefully)
Forgive the quality of the starting pictures, I started today on short notice and had no camera with a delay timer
Before pictures:
I will amend my post with pictures once I get up to the required amount of posts =/
