One Year - NO answers.

I had placed a mega order a year ago...

Due to possibly a customs muck up in Italy, my order was returned to the US. I have tried many times to established contact via e-mail without any luck. Now i decided to register to this forum and find out what we can do about my order. I wish to pay for it to be re-sent, i am talking about the shipping costs of course.

Any hopes?

I hear your grievance as I'm also ordering my products from abroad and had had my share of clashes with the customs.

I hope you can work this one out with the guys from ATW.
