One small step for(this) man about to take a leap

I died for a few days and need to get some sleep. I've got a whole bunch of info tom post tomorrow. I haven't been slacking I swear! Lol

This is my 2 weeks in review. :)

Supps-
75-125MG of iforce ecdy.
Taken with high protein meals.

1 cap PES Alpha first thing in the morning. Yes, for me this stuff is so potent I can tell my body is very happy with only 1 a day.

Occasionally 1 erase pre workout at night time.

Occasionally 1 shift with mid day meal

This along with standard staples
Fish oil
Greens vitamin
Amino's all the damn time. I've been popping the 2 GRAM pills like candy.
pre workout Gaspari and vasocharge going back and forth depending on my mood.
Myofussion has been my protein of choice.

My diet has been very consistent besides a 1 day a week cheat, which going forward I'll be eliminating. I've throw my hat in the arena for the PP Andro give away and will be giving it my best.

What I've noticed so far is honestly pretty confusing. I weighed in today and lost a good chunk of weight... I'm back down to 173, but feel much heavier. I don't really care which way the weight goes at this point, its much more about body composition. I have felt a little water logged lately, could just be extra creatine bloat. I haven't been taking weight very often, but will start because I feel like its fluctuating much more then usual.

My arms are up a full half inch to 14.5 which I'm very happy about.
Everything else stayed exactly the same.

My strength is up about 15% in the last 2 weeks which is very impressive to me.
I was able to increase my DB press substantially. I was able to get 75's up 5 times on Tuesday! Felt great. My personal best was 95's and that was me weighing 180something.

Libido is way down... and has been way down since I started... I'm not sure what I attribute that to, but it could very well be my body just not used to getting its ass kicked in a very long time.

Mood is way way way up. That may be one of the most noticeable things from the Ecdy. I literally sometimes walk into the bathroom and just start laughing. Throughout the day my mind wonders and I'm just thrilled with life. I feel as if its almost impossible for something to bother me, to the point that when I had a fight with my lady I was smiling and thinking about nothing. This feeling is not to be confused with "alpha male". Much more described has "happy couldn't care less"

My energy is unbelievable. HOWEVER I have found it almost impossible to accomplish anything. I don't want to do anything I don't want to do... even more then usual. I have about 5 days left on the Ecdy and I'll let you know if that changes when I change to erase.

I'll be posting pictures in 5 days after I finish the bottle and will give a full review.

I'm completely confused at this point... weigh in today. 177 ?!?!

It's obviously all water weight, I've just been up and down extremely sporadically. This is making it very hard for me to judge aesthetic progress.

Strength is way up. way way up. As is vascularity, particularly while at the gym.
Mood still well above normal..

back and bi's day

30 minute walk

Wide variety of machines to warm up with... The gym I tried out today invested a lot of money in new equipment Lots of stuff I've never seen in any gyrm before. I may take some pictures to show you what I mean. A lot of this stuff actually uses your body weight in combination with a plate loaded system... Strange but felt really really effective.

25 db curls x 10 3 sets
40 db curls x 2 2 sets
30 db curls x 5 1 set

lat pull downs
individual arm lat pull downs
cable rows
dumbbell rows
8 pull ups (Best I've done in 2 years lol)

Unique Bi machine x5 really high weight (for me). (no number listed)

reverse grip barbell curls 20lbs X 30
For whatever reason my left elbow makes a very uncomfortable popping noise when I do reverse grip bi movements... so i keep the weight really low.

happy with the work out.

OK. wow. INSANE WORK OUT.

I was seriously ready to rip the guy at the gyms head off when they said "closing in 5 minutes". Best alpha male feeling I've had in the gym in a really long time. Wasn't even the glittery type...

In all fairness I should say it was just 1 work out. But I'm going to try the same preworkout combo for the next week. vasocharge+alpha

^from a different thread. HOLY **** what a work out.

body weight dips X 25
3 sets incline bench 135 X 8 (huge for me)
Lots of shoulder rotation work.
Tri extensions 60 80 110 60
decline dumbbell press 2 sets
Shoulder machine 3 set
Reverse grip tri extentions

Probably more but I don't even remember.

Really starting to notice a difference in the mirror.

This has been rolling along nicely :) I've been away too long lol

Have you been taking measurements? waist chest arms etc.... helps me gauge progress specially when I'm not trusting my eyes. (and I try never to trust my scale lol, we've had a rocky relationship)
It seems like you've got a few PR's there? or is it that ur hitting marks that you haven't been able to do in awhile?
My elbow pops doing pushups :)
I have Never tried Ecdy but I know that mood feeling, it's something that for me comes naturally, sort of part of my personality but was dormant for awhile while I dealt with some issues. Feels good, real good and liberating and I can really kick it up about ten notches when I go for a good run. That's a good product if it can help u achieve that :yup: that's the feeling that helps me get into my little home gym and do what I do.
Keep up the good work buddy, liking the progress log

Thanks Mrodz for your support. As always, you rock.

So...I decided to do measurements today.

Keep in mind these are Pre gym today and yesterday was a much needed rest day.

I'm heading to the gym, and when I'm back I'll be doing a full review of my experience with ECDY.

I'm completely confused at this point... weigh in today. 177 ?!?! Strength is way up. way way up. As is vascularity, particularly while at the gym.

Judging by the progress in your pics it isn't water weight nor is it fat certainly. Strength is up, improvement in vascularity, don't stress the number on the scale. Stay positive and stick to the plan and you are golden.

Here is my final review and observations regarding 2 products.

Iforce Ecdy 100-125MG per day.
Consistent 85% clean diet 40% protein 30% fats 30% carbs
3 Meals a day with protein supplementation (myofussion)
and about 10G of amino's throughout the day whenever I felt like it.

My training has been balls to the wall since I started
Since I'm still getting back into the swing of things I've done everything from stability training, high volume low rep, I've thrown a few high weight power lifting moves in there, anything and everything to keep my body the beginning stage of muscle growth.
Broken into Legs day back bi's day chest tri's day throwing ab's in almost every other workout. Training 5-6 days a week.

1-5-10
1 being horrible 5 being exactly normal 10 being excellent

Strength -9 way way up. Thrilled.

Weight -7 This has been very difficult to judge mostly because of constant fluctuations... My starting weight was 169 and I'm currently standing at 176. This is a pretty big jump for me. I'm confident a lot of it is muscle, especially after taking the measurements today.

Libido- 3 I really don't know why... Honestly it could just be my body readjusting to a training regiment.

Mood- 9 This by itself makes the pill worth it. If marketed correctly it would put prozac out of business.

Recovery- 7 noticeable difference from when I started, although I think some of that could be from the amino and protein supplementation.

Sides- Zero as promised. :)

Price - 10 Seriously for 19 bucks this stuff was a steal Very very worth it.

Overall - 8.5 Will deff be running this again. AND will definitely be running a different version of ECDY and comparing my results of both within the next few months.

Primaforce Cissus 40%
I should have reviewed this 2 days ago when I ran out.... ERGGGG
Todays workout was a drag and my bones and joints are not getting along with me.
I'm only off the stuff for two days and I'm dying to get my hands on my next bottle of cissus, which this time will be USPlabs Supercissus. I will be comparing the two later in my log and feel that's the only way to give this a fair comparison. It's been over a year since I was on Supercissus and want to be as accurate as possible considering I feel that this category of supplements is THEE most important.

I loved the Primaforce Cissus and think it did me very well while I was on it.
8out of 10 overall.

Lots to update. Not much time to do it in.

First and foremost.
My preworkout combo is ridiculous. I've had a few people PM me about it and yes it is as good as I'm making it sound.

My Alpha dosing has now moved to 1 upon wake up and 1 pre workout with my vasocharge. Much better then I would have guessed. I'm usually pretty scared of stims in general. The energy is intense, but for me the reason I'm raving about it is my aggression and drive have been very effected. I have literally been pushing my limits much much harder the last 3 workout. I can tell it will be making a difference in my results.

This is my second day of erase 3 pills a day. Aggression in general is up, as is libido. :)

My weight fluctuations continue. I'm standing at 172 today!?!?!? HOWEVER there is a noticeable difference in how my clothing is fitting me. I feel huge. It's becoming hard to even take my shirt off at this point I'm dreading how expensive its going to be to have to buy new stuff. Erggggg

Diet has been on point.

Joints continue to be a major pain. I can't wait to get my SuperCissus. I'm tracking both my orders as soon as I'm done with this update.

If anybody knows what Carmines is in NYC you will understand how much food I just consumed.
My girlfriend and I split some red sangria yeah yeah i know I know...
1 order of spinach olive oil and garlic
1 order of chicken parm.
That would be good for about 4 people usually. (family style)

We finished every bit of it.

Lastly. I have been selected to try out Testabolan V2.
This is a simple product with 1 strong selling point in my mind. ITS PROPERLY DOSED!
The ingredients are all proven... There's only 3...
As long as its been sourced from a good distributor I am really hoping to get some great results out of it.

iForce Nutrition revolutionized the Natural Anabolics market with the original Testabolan. Now we have taken it to the next level and set a new standard in Natural Anabolics with Testabolan V2. Formulated with the latest cutting-edge nutraceuticals, Testabolan V2 is the answer to anyone looking to increase muscle mass, strength, and build a lean muscular physique.*

I will let you know when I receive the package and take the first dose.

Lastly, June 4th is right around the corner. That's the day of final pic's and evaluations for PP's andro contest. I'm bumping things up to an even higher gear.

If I get my tennis on Everybody's in trouble... I used to play for 4 hours a day. 1500cals approximately burnt. However my tennis partner is in Florida, making that whole strategy hard to pull off. I'll keep you posted.

Really rough few days for my workout-diet regiment...

My grandma's health has been up and down.
I got very drunk on Friday.
A friend of my urgently needed some help Sunday and I had to cancel my workout.

Diet has been a wreck.

Today Monday I was very back on the money.
Diet perfect
Great training session. Chest shoulders tri's
Very high rep... Got myself very sore.

Quick note on supp's. I switched from my typical myofussion post workout to some standard BS "gold" whey protein and I noticed a huge amount of increased bloating in my midsection... To the point that I was uncomfortable.

Since switching to erase, things have been too hectic for me to give a real opinion.

Loving the 1pill of alpha with pre workout.

I have added a serving of resveratrol in my day for overall health benefits and possible hormone regulation effects.

Also did this to my thumb on Friday... Erggg

It was squirting blood.Invalid Link Removed

Grandma's are the best. Glad I could be of service. ;)

Today's workout felt amazing.

I could be slightly discouraged because I missed 1 lift I really should have had. But I'm patient.

30 minute power walk.

Db press 45's. With stretching, slow movement, fast twitch and single arm.
Quick tri extentions with a 45lb plate
Chest contraction work.

Db press
55's. 8 reps
65's. 6 reps
70's. 5 reps
80's. 3 reps. Which was my 1 rep max goal and felt light so I went for

90's. 3/4's of 1 rep. :(. Couldn't finish it out. Stayed at the half extended position for almost 5 seconds before I decided not to hurt myself

80's. 3 reps again.

Barbell hanging cleans.
65's x 10 x 3 sets

Barbell press
65's x 10 x 3 sets

1 set of 12.5lb shoulder raises at many angles for like 3 minutes.

7 sets of different tri exercises.

3 sets of shoulder rotation.
3 sets of a chest isolation machine.

I was a sweaty gross mess... Alpha is now an essential part of my pre workout routine. Really couldn't ask for more from this supp.

I'm currently at 177 and feeling slightly leaner.

Diet very on point.

I tried hydrobuilder protein post workout. Loved it blended with a banana.

I'm also going to get it out there... I'm frustrated with 1 thing over the last week that makes no sense to me.

I've always had some prepubescent gyno. (I hate it)

I switched almost nothing besides. Ecdy to erase. Which should actually help slightly. And it has noticeably gotten worse. Currently at 4 pills erase per day.

Anybody have any ideas why?!?!?!

I'm also retaining water or something.

Which sucks because I'm definitely leaner then I was 2 weeks ago.

You gotta get on kava tip with me, Ryan! Forget about alcohol. I recently gave up pot and replaced it with heavy lifting as I was doing calisthenics for a while trying to build my foundation back up after a long lay-off. The iron is treating me well and I am on nootropics now. I have to admit they are helping me get my mental edge back for school. Removing pot from the equation had to be done as it was counterproductive to my academic career.

I also gave up alcohol recently as I tend to have a hard time just being able to have "one drink" and alcohol overall just throws me off my wagon completely every time I do it. Sure, I can have a beer and hang out at the house or have a drink at a party/club but things are funner when you drink more. I decided that I was going to lay off it for as long as possible and replace it with kava paste. If you're interested I can let you know how it goes when my kava arrives.

Pure, Thats a pretty drastic swing stoner to smart man? Excellent! I was looking into one of the bulk products nutra has that's supposed to be a phenominal nootropic.

My friends growing up were pot heads (not saying you were or weren't) and I stayed away for a few reasons, one being how stupid they got long term.

Good beer and good wine is a weakness of mine. I'm fimiliar with the "I'll just have one drink" concept just doesn't always go as planned. I find that really high %cocoa chocolate works great to cut down the cravings of anything. :)

I'm only back in the gym hardcore for less then 2 months and think I'll be surprising a few people with my next round of pictures this Saturday.

Which nootropic bulk product were you looking into, bud?

I'm currently taking Primaforce's bulk Piracetam+Choline Citrate. Carlson's Liquid Fish Oil Orange (1.5 tsp = 1200mg EPA/750mg DHA), Vinpocetine (20mg), Lion's Mane (500mg 2x/day), and Shaklee Vita-Lea (a complete multivitamin/mineral).

I'm considering bumping up the fish oil to 3 tsp/day which will give me 2400mg EPA/1500mg DHA and see if I can notice any differences--subtle or significant--especially in cognitive function. I'm in a bit of a trial period with the Piracetam & Choline Citrate as it's been quite some time since I've taken them and it's taking me some time to find my sweet spot. I only started a few weeks ago and they tend to produce cumulative effects. However, I'm floating around the 1.5-3g range with Piracetam and I stick with 1g Choline Citrate with each Piracetam dose I take (typically 2-4/day depending on my day).

And don't worry about the "labeling" or whatnot. I don't care if you refer to me as a pothead. I love pot. If I was a rapper or was born into a wealthy family and had nothing better to do, I'd most likely be smoking pot. I just find that I have better things to do with my time as I am usually not a very productive pot smoker. It takes too much out of the fun [of being high] to be "productive" when I'm stoned. Everyone is different though. I have heard many confessions and stories of people chiefing before an exam or a study session and achieving great results. I'm not one of those people so I will behave accordingly! However, most people end up like you say your friends did. Not saying there aren't extremely wealthy and successful folks out there who smoke marijuana--it's just not for me--at least at this point in my life. I don't see how it will be anytime in the future if I'm only getting older either.

When speaking of cocoa, are we speaking of the dark chocolate? If so :ugh1: I'm more of a milk chocolate guy if I do happen to come across chocolate. All-time favorite: Lindt white chocolate. At least until I find a better one anyway.

Looking forward to the pics, man. I just started Rippetoe's SS program. I replaced Powercleans for Rows (3x5). Everything else is the same. I'm loving it. Linear progress has given me the best results thus far. Splits and what not are not for me. I find my training is more efficient this way as well.

This stuff. It's out of stock though... One of the reviews made me crack up. Did a tiny bit of research and a lot of people sware by it. I am lazy in general and honest. Lol I've been looking for something to add mental focus without extra energy. PESalpha t2 gives me a ton of energy.

I love your take on my pot head comment. Really. I'm a libertarian by nature and believe people should do what they want. "my right to punch ends where your nose begins" was my motto since kindergarden. ...unfortunately sometimes noses were broken (bad joke)

Yes as in dark chocolate. Dark choc has way higher concentrations of whatever chemical gives you the warm fuzzy feeling. I was a white choc guy my whole life until like three years ago when I took my body off simple sugars completely. All milk choc is, is less of the ingredient your aiming for, lots more sugar.

I'm still getting the easy gains and fat loss you get when you go from being a stagnant fat ass to working my ass off.

Curiocity. What are you studying Pure?

Why don't you order from MassNutrition then? Piracetam is a great product and there's a multitude of studies done on it. It's no wonder drug but it serves it's purpose when administered consistently. I'm not familiar with the PESAlpha 2xt68 whatever thingy majingy supplement you mentioned. I stick to pretty basic stuff with the exception of nootropics (which I haven't gotten to in-depth with either). What I would love to do is get my hands on a cost-effective product that helps me achieve better sleep quality. I tend to find myself awaking feeling unrested too often for my liking.

Your proverb is very similar to mine: " Your rights end where mine begin." It's a little less violent in nature than yours but same general concept  I'm not much of a chocolate person in general but I have always known the darker chocolates have a superior nutritional profile than the other kinds. However, I've tried some dark chocolate before that has enabled me to genuinely attest to knowing what eating cardboard tastes like. Good thing they were free though!

I'm in the process of pursuing a career in Nurse Anesthesiology. If all goes as planned I will be commencing school in he spring to become an RN. Basically, I will commence the longest two years of my life.

Dude. Check out knockout by scaviation (however it's spelled)
Normally it's like 30 something bucks. I got it on sale from nutra for like 11. Works awesome.

Sleep is extremely important to me. I feel it's often the most overlooked aspect of training and health in general. Everybody acknowledges how important HGH is and (completely unfounded personal opinion) I don't feel it's very difficult cycling the right products to naturally get more of it.

USPlabs powerfull for a monthish.
Then whatever good melatonin supplement I can find with a good profile including camomile and a few other natural goodies. Personal favorite- sundown naturals "super snooze"

I've recommended many people to add something to help them sleep fuller and deeper and every person notices positive body composition changes even if everything else remains the same.

Also. PES supp's in general are very simple, which I like.

Their alpha and shift have the same core ingredient. Alpha has an additional stim ingredient that you very much feel. I've been taking much less of both then recommended but I'll be running it longer then and feel the cumulative results may be just as strong. I still have a lot left so I am not letting myself give a review yet.

I rowed myself stupid... Ever since all the talk about sprints, I've been mentally preparing myself for it and today was the day.

I set the machine to watts to measure power at the exact moment. I did like three minutes of 125 watts to warm my body up and stretch out. Then I push myself as hard as I possibly can for about 1 minute. I waited till I felt my heart rate get to about 110 then went at it again as hard as I possibly could a second time. A bit over 500watts.

I thought I might have been having a heart attack for literally 45 minutes afterwords. Exerted myself way way beyond what I probably should have. I'm not sure if anybody ever uses the rowing machine, but I feel it gives you limitless ability to push yourself. I wish I had a heart rate monitor, I would not have been surprised if it was over 200bpm at 1 point.

I successfully held back puking by just a hair so I was thrilled.

Copied from my post on the contest thread.

Still very tired from before.

Diet extremely on point. Shifted carbs way down. Just made some delicious eggs.

The above rowing excerpt is from the very end of my workout. Before hand I did 7 sets of random bi isolation and 7 sets of random lat isolation. So by the time I got my rows on my muscles were begging for a good beating.

Been dosing all supps regularly. Erase still 4 pills at day. I feel body composition has been starting to really make the shifts I've been looking for.

Saturday the results day of the AM contest I'll be taking weight, pictures and measurements.

Really really happy with my results to date. Very easy to see the body composition difference in the mirror. Some of my numbers are hard to analyze like my calf going down 1/4 inch. I attribute this to leaning out, not loosing muscle as I'm getting more defined. I've been keeping track of my measurements separately for my parts of my body when I first went to measure and wasn't very symmetrical. Since I'm getting more and more even as long as my next measurements continue this trend, I'll only be taking one set of measurements.

Weighed in at 173 lbs
According to that bull**** website for body fat I'm down to 7.4%. Complete BS
Try my numbers for yourself if you'd like.

I don't get it, but its a nice thought.

Great job! I wouldn't trust those numbers from the website.

Agreed on all counts!! lol
!!Progress!!

Really man, great job.

I used to use Invalid Link Removed and was always pretty comfortable with the results as in "Use for reference" kind of way. Just the tape measure method, it didn't seem too off to me and I was happy with just seeing it go down as opposed to really paying attention to what it said. Maybe it'll give u a reading closer to what u have in mind and u can use for progress measurement

Wow that website looks way more comprehensive! Thanks.

I never got calipers starting this whole thing or at any other stage of training in my life. I think I'll pick one up when I buy anabeta next week when it comes out.

I'm pretty pumped about my progress as well. It's lame having to wait to take my pictures till the woman gets home. That's the only real gauge anybody has on my progress.

Update. Pictures added! 8-)

Mass Nutrition's local store fronts sell Knockout by Scivation for 23.95 year-round. If I get curious I'll stop by and pick up a bottle. However, I was under the impression that oral GABA is useless as it does not cross the BBB (blood-brain barrier).

I have a full bottle and sample packs of Powerfull but I just got back to the iron and I want to give it about 6 months at least before I start experimenting with supplements, aside from the ones I'm currently taking, which are primarily supplemented cognitive enhancement for school. I've used Powerfull and Somnidren GH before. They both serve their purposes but I wouldn't recommend them as staples. They're nice to do a run of every now and then. I currently have Melatonin 1mg and 2mg sublingual tabs but I don't really like using them b/c melatonin leaves me with an unpleasant "morning hangover" upon waking. At some point, I'd like to go for the ZMA stack. It's economical and is said to get the job done like most other products claiming superiority.

Sleep is extremely important. No one can refute its influential role in building muscle and fitness. That's when the majority of the body's regenerative processes commence--when you fall asleep.

Every night I play a Sleep CD I picked up for free and it has very calming, relaxing tunes. I use my PS3 to deliver the sounds b/c I have my PS3 set to turn off automatically after an 1 hour. I set my TV's sleep timer for 1 hour as well and it works out perfectly.

I'm not sure which of the ingredients in knock out are working for me cause they have used a bit of the shotgun approach. In my dreams I seriously just got done swimming in a huge pool with friends of mine I haven't seen in years. After we left there was an orchestra playing in the parking lot so we chilled out and listened. I went home and went to some new gym to check the place out. Couldn't find the dumbbells I wanted anywhere. Woke up about 20 minutes ago and the experiences still feel very real.

YES this was all in my dreams last night. So I can personally say this thing has something that interacts with neurochemistry. I feel like a just got off an acid trip.

Also there's a lot of information supporting musical patterns deepening sleep. I'm sure you are talking about something beyond old school "white noise". I'm not very familiar, but one of my friends uses something out of brookstone dealing with alpha and delta brain wave something something. Swears by it.

I'm in serious need of a quality update. Honestly I mega slacked off since the contest ended. Hit the gym real hard today to make up for the ****ty diet.

Will have my whole schedule posted. With breakdowns for the next few weeks tomorrow!

SNS chose me for their Focus XT promo. Thought you might find it interesting as we were recently talking about nootropics! Look out for my log!

Love to check out the log. send me a link or something when posted.

It's almost 7am and I need to get some sleep...
I promise that big update soon.

Erase had ended and I will be posting my full review on that tomorrow as well!

I am starting a bottle of my Iforce test booster tomorrow as well. Details coming soon.

Soon as I get my product I will create the log for you, chief.

P.S. Time Management! It's your friend! :D

I slept till almost 4:30pm. Feeling awesome yet sore from yesterday's workout.

So I'll start there. After slacking for a few days I felt awful and have upped my game substantially for the last two days. After taking a 4 day break from the gym I felt like ****, but as soon as I stepped back into the gym I could tell I needed it. My lifts all felt easy.

After warming up my lats and bi's I wanted to gauge my progress by doing my old favorite exercise. Pull up's. Pull ups to me have always been a big deal. I feel they are a great gauge of strength and body composition. Let me be clear that when I say pull up's I mean something different then what most people consider to be pull ups.

COMPLETELY DEAD WEIGHT NO MUSCLES OTHER THEN LATS, BI'S AND FOREARMS ENGAGED.
HANDS SLIGHTLY FURTHER THEN SHOULDER WIDTH APART.
CHIN COMPLETELY ABOVE THE BAR
1 SECOND BREAK AT THE BOTTOM WITH ARMS FULLY EXTENDED
ZERO MOMENTUM TO BE USED.

I make a slightly big deal about this... I have seen less then 3 people do this exercise in this way during the years of my training. To each his/her own... But I do not consider humping your way up the bar a proper pull up.

::exhale:: That being said. I am very happy to report my number of pull ups to be exactly double what it was a little over a month ago. 10 Keeping in mind I've had many dudes tell me they can do 20+pull ups with a 45lb weight attached to them not be able to clear 10 "real" pull ups.

That day I wound up in the gym for over an hour and a half decided to make it my first day of a new training breakdown.
A day) back bi's Legs
B day) Chest tri's Ab's

This is much closer to a "full body" work out then I am used to doing and will allow me to hit the same muscles as many as 3 times per week. I plan on having 1 day off per week, with exceptions.
Other changes include doubling my average sets per exercise. Currently I'm at about 2.5 on average focusing on hitting the muscle with a lot of variety. This way I'll only be able to pick 2 exercise per muscle totaling 8 sets.
I'll be adjusting my weight
First set is about 50% of my max approx 10 reps
Second set is about 65% of my max approx 7 reps
Third set is about 80-90% of my max approx 3 reps
Forth set is about 65% of my max and approx 6 reps

I'll be shifting my caloric intake up by about 500
And incorporating healthy whole grain carbs. Will still be at about 3 food meals per day and 2 shakes with the occasional snack.

Updated list of staples
6G fish oil 222
2 nutra green tea
Greens+ multi (buy this)
ON's superior amino 2222 tabs all the darn time.
1-2 caps a day trans resveratrol high potency

Durring workout. 10G leucine does the body good.

Post workout still have Myofussion left has to be one of my favorite protein's ever at this point.
Very important- I have added about 25 Grams of waxymaize starch along with 1 serving of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate post workout.

Supps.
I am currently sponsored by Iforce to use their new version of testabolan V2!
Love the ingredient profile. Currently my second day and my libido is massively UP. This product claims to increase free test there for should help with my goals of recomp and lean growth. I will be dosing this as directed at 4 a day broken twice per day.

Still on PES's shift/alpha obviously I've been taking a very low dose. I have been consistent with shift at 2 a day spread out. and occasionally 1 alpha pre/wo. As I have stated Stim's are not my thing and sometimes even one alpha is too strong for me. I am very sure this product is part of the reason for my over all body transformation during the last month.

I will be following this protocol until the end of the bottle of testabolan.
MY start weight is officially 173.5 the above measurements and pictures are current.
I will be taking pictures and measurements throughout the log as I deem appropriate.

End of ERASE.

Review time... And this is a hard one.

During my time on erase I experienced great results HOWEVER I am not sure I attribute much of them to this product.

To be fair, I am in the future going to re-run this product to re-asses my opinion.

I took 4 pills per day, this may have been my mistake... clearly from much of the research I have done most people have great estrogen lowering results at 2 pills per day. Even those who weigh more then me.

1-5-10
1 being horrible 5 being exactly normal 10 being excellent

Strength -7 As I've said I'm not sure how much of this I can attribute to erase

Weight -7

Libido- 2 Throughout the last month my body wasn't into it... which is strange because estrogen inhibitors in the past have had the opposite effect.

Mood- 5

Recovery- 7 Getting sore in general has been very hard to do. I find I'm pushing myself harder and harder to get the same amount of muscle damage.

Sides- Here is my big bad issue with this product... I have prepubescent gyno. and am very embarrassed about it in general. I would have imagined this product to have a positive effect if any and I was wrong. From irritation to slight enlargement it has been a bad month for Ryan's nipples. I'm scratching my head to understand this. I've been off it for about 72 hours and I'm already noticing my nip's getting a little better. I even had more pictures for the contest I didn't want to post.

Also slight dryness of my joints. Which I would have been happy with and is an indicator that my estrogen was low... or could it have just been cortisol? This was an issue that was easily taken care of by supercissus.

Price - 8 at around 30 bucks its an easy pick up.

Overall - 6.5 My biggest recommendation is to figure out what dose works for your body. I still believe this is a quality product by a quality company.

Alright I asked for it, lol quite a bit of reading!
You do some really nice reviews, like the details. In for the next chapter

Brother, I'd like to play devil's avocado...or whatevr. Last time I checked (which was when I was working for Vitamin Shoppe) ON "amino" tabs are just soy and whey protein powders packed into a pill with some BCAAs, arginine and glutamine in underdosed amounts.

Ingredients: Protein Blend, (Whey Powder, Whey Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Whey Peptides)

Personally, I have much faith in you being able to find a superior product even if it's just Scivation's Xtend. What do you think?

P.S. From the looks of the workout you have in mind, you should actually do full bodyworkouts: three times a week. Go for Madcow or if you want to get a good foundation going then strive for Rippetoe's SS program. Something of that nature may compliment your training efforts as opposed to the traditional split--which in theory is great if you want slower results.

Completely completely correct. And I think a few pages ago I was complaining about it. Only picked it up cause it was on sale for like 8 bucks. Still a fast acting source of protein and I feel if taken at the correct times it would be slightly effective. I looked at a very ideal product called humapro which is a great idea but haven't found enough quality feedback to jump on it. (I started a thread on this somewhere, I'll send it to you)

When it comes to a protein source when I really count on it, I rely on leucine. I am sold on the concept of an 8-1 bcaa ratio being much more effective then the 4-1 or 2-1 by far. So a tiny bit of my whey protein or some of those 2222 pills mixed with straight leucine I feel is best. At nutra pick up half a kilo for 17 bucks.

As far as training is concerned, I am very confident and aware of how my body reacts to training. My last partner was a very advanced competitive body builder. We trained together for a few years and spent hours a day bored talking about nothing but training at a gym he owned.

I'm not familiar with any of the programs you've mentioned... I don't spend much time researching routines and the one time I really tried I was disappointed. I don't say it much around here but I think it's all bull****. If you have a good mind muscle connection and understand how to beat up your body the right way you will be successful and over time it will be easier for you to sense what will work best for each workout. The most important thing is never letting your body feel comfortable with a training strategy.

Also the three times a week thing I can't ever see being effective(at least for me) genetically I'm not meant to be muscular, much more suited to be a weak fat dude. I have to earn all my gains with constant hard work. If I'm out of the gym for literally a month I look like a different human.

The best indicator of how my method works will be easy to see in my pictures over the next few months. :) with the natural results I've had the last 2 months I literally have people begging me to train them.

So pissed... The last 2 times I tried posting my log the new site made it disappear. ;alisdhgiouahwe;ogha;sldfkj;alsdkjf;klasjd

la;skdjf;oiashdfoiashd;f

so my update consists of me quickly bitching about how sore I am... and I'm about to go look up some of the indications that I may be over training. :(

Today is a rest day ironically enough. These new training splits are being very rough on me.

So far I'm loving this test booster. too early for real results yet. libido is still sky high. Aggression and energy is also up and its only the 4th day.

Things I remember I did want to note during the websites down time;
1) Whatever the bar is called that is shaped like the symbol for Omega, IE perfectly cut out for dead lifts works fantastic for me. Did 3 sets of deads using that bar and it really really let me power threw them. Also note worthy I used 3 25's on each side because they are smaller in diameter and makes you start from lower in the movement.
2) Lucine rocks. :)
3) People who don't put weights away in the gym should be beat up

4) and lastly. There is a thread I was reading that somebody was giving "natural" BB's a bunch of respect. I thought that was really cool. It gets really really tempting when you see people at the gym who are obviously much bigger then they should being almost clueless how to work out.

Ok ok lots to talk about, not that much time.

First

Important update.

Currently on 4 pills per day for almost a week now. This product is starting to fit into the category of one of my favorite test boosters.

Everybody knows 3,4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran works. and works well. I have tried it before and got decent results. This is working far better then straight 3,4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran has ever worked for me. Not sure what I attribute this to yet, however I will say that naringin may be very effective at prolonging or straightening its effects. I say this because 2 days ago I was having a few drinks (i know i know, not exactly diet friendly) and I got almost drunk on like 3 drinks. I'm sure my tolerance has been lowered because I don't drink nearly as much as I used to, but there is no way 3 drinks would ever get me feeling like that. Could it possibly be the naringin? I think so.

1) Endurance at the gym is noticeably increased.
2) I seriously feel like I did in highschool... last night my girlfriend and I should have been in a movie.
3) My skin is definitely getting tighter.
4) Aggression is also up.

Secondly, saying goodbye to an old friend... My 5LB tub of MYOfussion is officially gone.
This goes down as one of my favorite protein powders ever. Barely any protein bloat that I get from other cheep proteins, and it feels like it digests well.

Mixabillity 8
Taste 9
ingredients 9

Its hard to gauge results from a protein powder, but I have to say my recovery in general is better then it was before buying it.

My work out today was excellent. These new training splits are kicking my ass.

4 sets of squats 135lbs 10reps
4 sets of bi isolation curls 32.5 lbs
1 set of pull ups
4 sets of a pulley machine back exercise low angle
4 sets of a pulley machine back exercise vertical
2 sets of hammer curls
2 sets of calf raises
2 sets of INTENSE leg press calf's to thighs explosive movement at 250Lbs

Diet on point. very proud of the eggs I made today.
brock
carrots
chicken
mixed pepers
cheddar

YUmmy

I weighed myself today and think the scale was wrong... I weighed in at just under180... couldn't be correct.
I hop around from gym to gym lately until I pick the one I'm gonna join and will be going to a better gym tomorrow so I will be updating on that soon.

I feel great and am really looking forward to my next round of pictures in about 1 week.

Something else I feel stupid for not mentioning much earlier...

My favorite supplement of all time. is water.

I know many people say that. BUT REALLY.

DISTILLED <------ IF YOUR WATER DOES NOT SAY THAT ON THE BOTTLE (OR REVERSE OSMOSIS) YOU ARE MOST-LIKELY DRINKING TAP WATER IE GARBAGE

I can not stress how many people I have tried this experiment successfully with... Drinking water 1gallon or more per day WILL change your life.
There is not 1 aspect water will not effect.

physically and mentally.

That is all.

Official weigh in today is 177. Well above where I feel like I am compared to last week, but I'll take it.

After work out (and after weigh in) I wound up drinking a muscle milk considering I don't have Myofussion anymore.

Deff a huge difference in how I feel after. Need to buy new protein quickly.

feeling the same as I did last update. :)

Diet very on point. tomorrow may be a bit rough though.

Big update tomorrow way too tired at the moment.

You're absolutely right. Water is the source of life. Pure water is a definite plus. However, I rather drink tap water than drink plastic bottled water. The chemicals ingested when you drink bottled water are far worse than tap water especially since the bottled water industry is self-regulated. Municipal water, however, is checked multiples times daily and the results are available to the public. This is not the case with bottled water. Let's not forget the fact that some bottled water is simply municipal water in a bottle. Coca-Cola and Pepsi know all about that. Their bottled water is simply tap water. To think people actually pay for that is ridiculously repulsive.

In conclusion, a quality water filter is a very healthy investment.

I'm about to pick us a BADASS reverse osmosis system. ::drool::
anything that says "spring water" is garbage. and I do understand what you are saying referring to bottled, however DISTILLED gallons which I drink are by far the best option without a system.

Be advised. the public water system is not what you think it is. Yes its checked by an FDA like organization. I don't trust any of them. They are not looking out for either of our best interest.

I think we can agree on the fact that anything government-"regulated" is highly questionable and should be treated with total skepticism. The goverment should be treated as guilty until proven innocent. So much corruption nowadays it has become increasingly difficult to tell apart the sheep from the wolves as the wolves have now taken cover under sheepskin but I digress.

Go Ron Paul. Look him up with no premature Bias and you will be surprised. :)

Last two days have been somewhat rough. Looking to do next round of pictures and overview on Sunday night. Looking forward to that.

Kept the diet pretty clean. been sick. Took a day off from the gym today. It was needed. last two work outs were good hi rep for the most part. Trying my best to stick to the 4 sets two exercises per body part thing. Its rough for me cause its so different then my normal training style. Still think it will take more time for my body to respond to the changes. Kinda scared I'm starting to plateau from the last few months of intense fast changes.

Loving the iForce free test booster. LOVING IT.

Tightening
Aggression
LIBIDO

are still very evident.
My nipples are also tighter then usual. :) Happy to report although its kinda weird to type.

Stress is a bitch. Enough said.

I've felt it taking a toll on my body and mind for the last week now. Nothing more then work bull****. But still. Erg.

Trained today. feeling slightly off. Still looking forward to my big update Monday.
